Jack In The Box

Extremely slow service. Slow as watching a fish drown. The low IQ of the three people working leads me to believe that no one else could have possibly ever applied for a job here.

We went to this jack in the box for dinner and not only was the food horrible the whole restaurant was filthy with food, condiments and trash on almost every table trash cans overflowing with trash it was very unsanitary and the only reason we didn’t leave and not eat there at all was because my sister ordered the food before I walked in. I don’t suggest this establishment for roaches much less people.

Slow. Slow. Slow. The employees were standing around joking the entire time. It took 18 minutes to get 2 burgers and an order of fries. I will never return here. Every customer was talking about how slow and unprofessional the employees were. HEY MANAGEMENT, PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR POORLY RUN RESTAURANT!!!

Such rude and disrespectful workers. Starred at us while we ate and said tic tock waiting for us to leave. Gave all Jack in the Boxes a bad name.

I waited 20 minutes for one kids meal. The cashier never gave me a receipt. It was barely an audible whisper when the order numbers were called. They were too busy filling the orders from the drive thru. It looked like three people working at a turtles pace.

Management needs to pay attention to repairs (credit card reader in car wash) & bee infestation, as well as cleanliness. Employees are unhappy, customers disgusted at lack of supervision

If you’ve waited to this point to get food I highly recommend the hot dog that’s been on the warmer in the connected gas station. There seems to be some sort of invisible force field that keeps all the flies inside JITB. The people behind the counter also suck. Absolutely no personality. I get it, you’re working at Jack InThe Box. But I have to think you’re the one that applied for the job, so at least act like you’re glad you have it.

Be very warry when purchasing stuff from the gas station. They mark up prices expecting you not too notice and when confronted they just say, «o sorry we forgot to change the price on the shelf». F them

Absolutely horrible service. Fast food is something that this Jack in the Box should not be called. No exaggeration… it took 20 – 25 minutes. It took at least 8 – 10 minutes just to order food and another 10 – 15 to get our food. Then when we got our food, they left out one of our items. Once we went back in to have them correct our order and give us our missing item, the reply we received was, «well we got most of the order right!». This restaurant is in serious need of someone from corporate coming in and making changes.
I gave this one star because I had to, otherwise it would’ve been zero.

First off its a gas station fast food restaurant so my expectations were low going in but for the love of all that is holly, drive five miles down the road and you will find plenty of other/​better options to fill your belly.
First off, no napkins in any of the three dispensers. When that was pointed out to the counter it was met with a shrug and a quick we’ll get right on that. After we ate there was still no napkins at the drinking station or on the counter.
The food, cold greasy fries, when the FIancee asked for fresh fries while still at the counter two different employees ignored her. I finally pulled her away. At the table she only had 8 of her 10 nuggets so she was pissed. My spicy sandwich tastes ok but my curly fries were similarly cold.
Rather than complain we threw ¹⁄₃^rd of our meal away and left. Lesson learned we will be ringing the Bell at the border or bask in the Golden Arch down the road the next time we drive through.

I am usually not very hard on fast food places, but this place is just sooooooo slow.
It’s located inside a large gas station in Wickenburg, so it’s a quick stop if you need food while on your way to/​from Vegas/​Phoenix.
Everytime I have been in here, it’s not busy. But for some reason my order takes forever. It’s supposed to be FAST food, people! I stopped here to pee and decided to grab 2 tacos for the rest of my drive. 25 minutes later, I was back on my way. What a waste — I would have rather stayed hungry.

For what ever reason this place has low reviews. I mean it is obviously not 5 star dinning but I had NO issues. I was on my way to Vegas and needed a little fuel for the belly.
Classic order…4 tacos and bacon burger, quick, cheep, filling, and back on the road.
The girl that took my order was awesome, and there was no issue with my order. I had no problems here at all.

Ehhh. It’s Jack in the Box and expectations are already moderately low, but this place just didn’t cut it… especially considering how busy it NEVER seems to be!
This location is located on Vulture Mine RoadI like the road name! lol) and connected to a gas station as well. This makes it a great «all in one» place to stop on your road trip. It is just on the Las Vegas side out of Wickenburg.
Anyway, we went thru the drive thru so we could grab a snack and keep on truckin’. The young lady took our order of 4 taco (love those toxic tacos!) and 2 orders of chicken nuggets. Well, first of all we were the only ones in the drive thru the entire duration of our transaction and didn’t notice anyone in the didning area… yet it still took an inordinate amount of time. Um, what in the blue hell are you doing back there?
After fnally getting the order from the less-​than-​friendly lady, we drove off to notice that we were charged for 2 orders of nuggets and only recieved 1. Not to mention one of those tacos was so over saturated in sauce it was inedible! Nice!
Reminds me of a Joe Pesci line from one of those Lethal Weapon movies! You know the one! lol

The service took longer than it should have for how busy they were.
We ordered one Supreme Croissant, 2 Tacos with no lettuce, 2 small Oreo shakes.
We are the shakes as we drive away. 20 minutes down the road we discover the sandwich has no cheese, and one if the tacos was burnt beyond pretending it was edible.
I’m pissed.

OK, my first one star review. Not that I have never been anyplace worthy of the single star but I usually figure those places have enough problems without my one star review.
I have stopped here to grab a quick sandwich coming or going to Nevada several times. I recognized the woman at the counter as having waited on me before. I was about 3 people back in line when I heard a gentleman ask her if the food item she was giving him was the same one just returned by another customer. She acknowledged it was and he asked for a fresh one, which she promptly gave him. I don’t know the whole story, how long it was away from the counter if at all. Heck for all I know it was a drive through customer that didn’t have enough funds when they got to the window and they unbagged some or all of an order. The exchange that I heard made me uncomfortable and I got out of line and got a bag of Cheetos in the store to munch on.

Oh, Jack in the Box, you’re always a bad decision… but sometimes the temptation is stronger than my will.

Drive through is relatively fast, and the personnel are always warm and friendly, telling me «thanks for choosing Jack in the Box today» as I drive away.
You can bet your buckaroos that you will spend more here than at say, a McDonalds or Burger King, but they also offer those delicious grilled sammys that I just can’t resist… especially when I’ve been drunk. Or hungover. Or sick. Basically, anytime I’m out of my mind and crave something deliciously tasty and greasy.

When you’re driving from Vegas to Phoenix, this place is the 1^st stop for gas/​snacks/​restrooms between Wikieup and Wickenburg… which is a long drive. Therefore, if you don’t plan your stops properly, it can be like an oasis in the desert at times. There’s a Jack in the Box, a convenience store, and a Mobil gas station at this stop.
I give it 3 Stars for the Jack in the Box restaurant, convenience store, and gas station. However, the bathrooms get 1 Star. Because they’re highly used, they’re always trashed and nasty.
Parking can be tough, especially on a busy weekend. Also, getting to the gas pump can be difficult at times too with long lines often forming, like this past weekend.
Unless they build something else between Wikieup and Wickenburg, this will always be our go to stop.
