Paradise Donuts & Coffeehouse

NOTE: They do have a drive-​thru! They also have a large, private parking lot for easy parking if you’d like.
Very cute little donut shop. They serve tea, coffee, donuts, and other café-​like treats like croissant-​type snacks. They have booths and tables available for seating. You can take your donut to go or you can sit around and eat it as well.
We came at 10AM on a Saturday, and we were surprised to find that they were running low on almost all of the donuts options. There were still options that we were interested in, but I was expecting a lot more available options considering that it was a weekend. Donuts were served on a plate with a bakery tissue. They use reusable plates — which I like as it reduces waste from paper or disposable plates.
It’s possible that I just came too late to see the good flavors, but I was surprised that the flavors seemed pretty, well, standard. There were a lot of cake donuts with various frosting flavors (white, caramel, brown) with various sprinkles or coconut on top. There was a single donut with Cap’N Crunch cereal, so maybe they make other donuts with neater flavors like that as well.
Taste was good, though. Not nearly as sweet as I was expecting, but it was still good. The donut felt a bit tougher than I was expecting, but I had a cake donut. My friends who had fluffier donuts really loved them and said they tasted super moist. They didn’t have any donuts with filling when I came. Still, the donuts we had were good. I felt like the cake donut was just slightly above average, but the friends who had the fluffier donuts said they were definitely well above average.
Definitely would come back, though. Breakfast was affordable, it seemed like a peaceful way to enjoy a morning, and the options, while not impressive, still allowed me enough choices that I could find something I liked. I might just need to come when they still have more flavors available.

Really impressed that the drive-​thru is open all night long. We went at midnight and got a friendly experience with plenty of great choices of cake doughnuts. Delicious all the way around. Our carload of 4 got out of their with a doughnut and drink each for under $ 10 total. Perfect place for a late-​night snack.

Great place. All the usual donuts you are expecting. Plus things like bacon maple. Be sure to try the baked cinnamon rolls. They are big and wonderful! The medium roast coffee is pretty great as well.

The service was awesome this morning and the donuts and coffee were as good as ever! Definitely a great spot for donuts on the west side of town!
