So my perspective on this business is a little different. I’m sure they offer great towing services to people in need. My vehicle was towed because I was parked in the wrong spot at the wrong time. That’s obviously not their fault. So I call the company to get my car and they say they are closed and I won’t be able to get my vehicle or any of it’s contents until the next day when they are only open from 10am-noon. Even after telling them I really needed to get a few things out of my vehicle they said it just wasn’t possible. It seems strange to me that a company that offers 24 hour towing services can’t at least give me access to my vehicle. When I showed up to get my car the gal helping me was confident that my insurance would cover the towing, then I notified her that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle, I was not involved in a car accident, and that it was just towed there because of a parking violation. She then suggested that I leave the car at the lot until the next business day, paying another day of impound fees, just in case my insurance covered something that I was at fault for. The business itself was run down and looked exactly like the kind of place you wouldn’t want to keep your car. They asked me for my license, proof of insurance, and registration. I said it was in the car and instead of allowing me to get it myself they asked for my keys and sent one of their employees to dig through my glovebox to find it. I was very uncomfortable with the thought of a stranger going through my car but they didn’t give me any other options. In the end it cost me nearly $ 200 to get my car back. The customer service was friendly but definitely not knowledgable or helpful. Obviously nobody enjoys going to where they parked their car and seeing it gone but this company didn’t make it any easier or more enjoyable.
