HORRIBALE PLACE!
This apartment complex has illegal practices. In their studio building my daughter had an apartment on the lower level separated by the apartment next to her by the laundry room. She was constantly harassed by an elderly woman who lived there saying she was being too loud. One day when she got home from work she found the security guard standing in her door way. Scared she asked what was going on. He asked her if anyone was in her apartment and she told him no and opened the door so he could check. There was no one there but the lady made noise complaints coming from her apartment. They gave her a 30day to vacate because of the complaints coming from the lady, and on the final week she came home to an apartment book laying on the floor with a post it note on it that read «Only 7 days left»!! They violated her privacy and then after she moved out tried to keep her deposit because she accidentally left a box that was in the closet. I sent her back with quotes from the Kansas Legislature and they ended up giving back.
