Our Wichita Fitness Bootcamp is a large group coaching program focused around mobility, building strength, improving conditioning, recovery, and constantly transforming your lifestyle. Each Bootcamp is a full-body workout with the option to attend up to 4 days per week.

In our Bootcamp sessions, clients work in groups of 10 – 15 that are led by one of our coaches. Our Bootcamp is designed for clients of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. Coaches will demonstrate, instruct, and motivate you through each session. Unlike other bootcamps, we individualize each session to accommodate client’s needs, ability, and goals. The purpose of our Bootcamp is to to deliver incredible results while avoiding injury. After all, you can’t improve each day if you’re injured.
