There has to be a better way! This sentiment in a sense is why Custom Heating and Air Conditioning LLC grew from an idea, to a plan, to a company launch in the spring of 1986. It wasn’t that everyone else had it all wrong, but more of a feeling that innovation and opportunity seemed to lose out to the safe and routine.

Staying at the top of the development curve is still paramount at Custom. From constant research and training in the latest equipment, to hiring and training only the top of the field of service technicians. Keeping the customer satisfied and reassured from the initial phone call until the final friendly thank you is what makes our business success look easy.

As a matter of fact, it is just these attributes that earned Custom Heating and Air Conditioning LLC the distinction of becoming the first Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer in the state of Kansas. And as of this writing, we are currently the only Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer in the Wichita metro area.
