I worked over 27 years as a food & beverage director in the food & beverage industry. I was very successful because of my focus on making sure every guest had a great dining experience and training my staff to be able to make sure that happened.

After working 6 years in Alaska I married my beautiful wife Cathleen and moved to Wichita. I decided to do something totally different so I became a licensed realtor.

As a realtor I discovered that there was a huge need for a good estate sale company. I decided to assemble a reliable team of managers and develop a great list of people who were educated and experienced in buying antiques and collectibles. These are the people I consult with on these kind of items to determine the best price.
