Specialties
All candies, chocolates and drinks are handcrafted in-house in small batches and lack preservatives. No batch of chocolate is kept for longer than four weeks. All ingredients from caramel to marshmallow to peanut butter are made in-house. We also have a variety of specialty coffee drinks to include mochas, lattes and much more. Our beverage menu also features Artisan teas and Italian sodas. And don’t forget our amazing Gelato! We also have a great Wine and Beer selection. Try a wine by the glass, a beer paired with a chocolate or even try one of our Wine Flights.
History
Established in 2005.
Master chocolatier, Beth Tully, launched Cocoa Dolce Artisan Chocolates to realize her dream. It began in the 1990’s when she stumbled across some candy recipes that she thought would be perfect to include in her holiday cooking. Little did she know that those recipes would trigger a passion that would become the foundation that not only her family’s rich holiday traditions but also the start of Cocoa Dolce Artisan Chocolates. Using traditional European technologies and equipment, Beth creates chocolates with meticulous attention to ingredients, taste, texture and finish. She aspires to wow people at first bite.
