I’ve been using their services for about a year and have even moved with them. My new trash schedule was a little rough at first, they had a truck break down and started picking my trash up a day late for about 2 weeks in a row. I got a little confused with the day it was supposed to be out at the curb, but other then that I’ve had no problems with them and the customer service is great. I’ve tried dealing with waste management before and I’ve had their operators hang up on me.

No one to answer the phones should of been warning enough, but I signed up anyway. They send threatening disconnect notices before ever sending a bill. There’s no online bill pay and you can’t talk to anyone– they don’t answer the phone! It also took a long time to get service started and actual trash/recycling pick up.
