I had my rear bumper and one taillight replaced in 2011 to my Honda civic hatchback. The paint is still shiny that’s why I’m giving them 2 stars. But, the mechanics of the repair were poor. They didn’t seal up the back tail lights when replacing the rear bumper so when I moved out to California it was quite an inconvenience when rainy weather hit. I discovered it was leaking after my inside windows kept fogging up and there was a funny smell in the car. I found the wheel well full of water and rust and it had spilled over into interior carpet. I patched the leaks around the lights and this corrected the problem but obviously couldn’t bring it in for warranty from out of state. Also the rear wiper fluid no longer wet the window, later I found it was again watering the inside of my wheel well. Eventually I took apart the upper spoiler and reconnected the hose. Lord knows why they needed to take that part of my car apart to do the bumper in the first place. Get it together guys, literally!
