Auto Lockout Express opened in August of 2004. Our goal is to consistently provide our customers with complete satisfaction, and improve the quality of customer service in the locksmith industry. We hope what separates us from the rest is our dedication to our customers, our affordable and honest pricing — with over the phone and on-​site flat rate quotes — no hidden charges or fees, and accurate ETA’s of 30 minutes or less in the Wichita Area, ensuring 100 percent customer satisfaction.

Meet the Manager

Jan M.

Manager

Jan has worked in the customer service industry for 20 years and came to our company in 2004. Jan is the person you talk to when you call our company for service. To better understand the locksmith industry and the needs of our customers, she completed a locksmith certification course in 2005. The knowledge she gained allows her to be able to assist the customer with their needs and accurately transfer that information to the dispatched locksmith. While we haven’t been able to talk her into taking a service call — it certainly wouldn’t surprise us.
