Better than average, Aussie serves as a nice place to stop if you’re looking to quickly pick up something when you’re getting something to eat at Fizz, Pacific Coast, or — oddly — Orange Leaf. There’s a moderate beer selection and an above-​average wine selection, but with Jacob Liquors a couple blocks in one direction and Global Liquors a couple blocks in another direction, Aussie isn’t really worth a stop for itself, but it’s not bad.
