Frauds, scams and dishonourable people with no customer service skills!
Horrible, horrible, horrible human beings with a horrible, horrible, horrible troll working as customer service manager.
They are irresponsible, unprofessional and insulting.
They send out email messages AFTER taking your money stating when you will get your vehicle and it NEVER ARRIVES.
When you call them on it — they make it look like its YOUR FAULT their system stated your order was, «READY TO SHIP» a week ago — AND — it would take 2 – 4 business days for delivery. But you have to call and remind them to deliver it (for $ 299).
NOTE: They are 35 miles from my front door on the highway.
If you press for answers that actually make sense, the customer service troll will blame the new driver…
Oh, that makes better sense… the new driver sent the email the day I placed the order stating all these things then neglected to follow up with me or even show up at all.
They DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES and do NOT WORK TO KEEP CUSTOMERS HAPPY.
There is no reason to give this place your business.
I suppose everything works out as it should, since the other people posting have had nothing but problems AFTER getting their vehicle!
Take a hint, people.

I DID NOT even purchase from these fools but they still hassled me when I tried to buy, then argued with me about how I was totally wrong about buying at a better price. Read the reviews– DO NOT BUY from these Asian bandits.

I bought a scooter from these bastards over a year ago and it still pisses me off just thinking about it. I have a calendar to track all the calls and misinformation they gave me. Long story short, the scooter came a month late and broke the first time I used it. I spent a month buying tools, talking to them on the phone waiting for parts, and fixing it myself. They said to return it would be $ 200 shipping plus restocking which wound up being half of the price of the damn thing. No one who worked there is entirely competent. They all say they are the manager of something so they don’t have to transfer you to a boss. It took a full year before it worked ‘reliably’ it is currently broken because the headlight caught on fire and drained the battery which permantly damaged it. This means no electric start, kick start only. One employee said it best, «you get what you pay for» and said I should have bought a Vespa if I want it to work reliably. He was right. I paid for a price of sh*t and the scooter/​customer service is exactly that.
