Received a call back along with an email explaining the reason why I ran into the issues earlier, in addition some information to help me with my case even though she normally does not deal with my type. Came off very well mannered and would recommend her to anyone that needs some honest help

I saw two great reviews, so I called. The woman who I spoke to, (wish I’d asked her name) was without a doubt someone I DO NOT want helping me on such a personal topic. Its a fu*king divorce, not a celebration. Maybe for some, but for me, its a painful decision and wasn’t in my plans. This woman was laughing, and completely disrespecting what a touchy topic she is working with.
I recieved a call back from another office immediately after hanging up with this place, and I immediately saw the difference in professionalism and attitude with this other paralegal.
I’m not expecting a therapist over here, but I am expecting some reassurance and comfort to be open about my situation. After all, she would be helping me end a huge piece of my life. If I wanted to hear laughter and complete disregard, I’d go to a fucking bar.

I really have to say that if you’re looking for someone who is great at what they do and want communication and updates on your situation this is the place to go! Jennifer is awesome. Positive attitude, very profession, honest and 100% genuine person. She recommended an attorney to me for a restraining order case and child visitation case that I had on the same day. VERY reasonable prices and great knowledge on both Jennifer’s part and my attorney’s part. Do not look elsewhere believe me! I’ve been to MANY places regarding this same issues and have spent thousands of dollars with no positive outcome but their expertise helped me in my cases. You cannot go wrong with Resolutions!

Jennifer was awesome in helping me file for a divorce. Previously I was overwhelmed with the amount of paperwork involved but Jennifer made it easy and laid out a step by step plan that covered all of the divorce process. I now feel confident that should anything come up where I am unsure of what to do, I can go to her for help. She is super friendly and attentive, her office is quiet and well kept, and most importantly she really values her work. She is reasonably priced which was also a huge plus for me. I am reccomending her to all my friends who need a paralegal and if I could give her 10 stars I would!

These guys are great! I was so lost and had no idea how to handle my situation. My buddy told me about Jennifer and I went to see her last week. She took her time walking me through the whole process and took care all my paperwork so fast it made my head spin (haha). I went to court this morning and it all went exactly like I had hoped.
