Rob and Kristi– Aptos, CA — Remo and his team were amazing. We had a very difficult house to sell that ended up having to be sold to an investor to flip. Remo gave us multiple options and did his best to get the best possible sale. We live out of the area and he arranged for home repairs, multiple open houses, estate sales and the hauling away of what was left over. What would we have done without him?! It’s been about 2 months since we received the keys to our new Home. Achieving this goal was due in part to Remoun & his Team. I had been curious about purchasing a home but always imagined it to be a long and tedious process. I had followed Remoun on Facebook after viewing a funny video on one of my friends thread. Last summer I saw a post about a Workshop — I jumped on in it and attended the workshop in September and immediately got excited about purchasing a home. The next day I contacted Remo’s office and began the process. After a few weeks of house hunting our personal life took a sharp turn and we were unable to look for houses for a few months. Early December I got a call from“Francisco” his phone call was just what we needed and the following week we were back at it.
Francisco would call/​email us every week and send us listings and we would send him listings as well. We have a busy schedule so we only viewed properties Early Sunday mornings and some evenings. We worked with Francisco a few months before we found «THE ONE». Once we fell in love with the property on Gardendale St. Francisco did all the work. The best part was the ease of the «Documentation» as we called it. Everything was done online (E-​Sign) it was nothing like the old days — nothing like I had imagined. It was a breeze. Within days our offer was accepted and Escrow was opened. We received our Keys April 22, 2016.
We are very pleased with the attention and professionalism from Francisco and all of Remo’s team. We even miss our Sunday Fun days hunting for properties with Francisco! We highly recommend Remo’s Team!

We’re glad, happy, pleased, etc. (everything good) that we chose to go with Remo & his team. Although this may have been our first home purchase, I use to work at a mortgage brokers office dealing with other realtors. But none to where I’ve seen them provide such personal touch to their service like Remo & Francisco. Definitely a 5– star service. I first learned about «Remo the Realtor» thru FB. His page had appeared as suggestion page on my feed. To be honest I usually just ignore those suggestion pages because I look at them as SPAM. Not this time. I checked out the page and loved the posts (stories); then eventually «liked» the page. I’m glad I did. I reached out to Remo the Realtor back in November 2015. He’d invited us to attend his «First Time Home Buyers’ Workshop» several times. However, it wasn’t till January 2016, when we finally got to attend the workshop. That’s when we met both Remo and Francisco. After a week of attending the workshop, Francisco reach out to us. Since then he has worked non-​stop for us. Through our home buying process Francisco has been very good to us. Francisco has helped us successfully purchase our first home. Being first time home buyers, we relied heavily upon his advice & opinions; trusted him quickly as he became familiar with our likes, dislikes, needs, etc. Francisco always followed through as promised; going above and beyond. Knowing we weren’t his only clients, he made us feel as if we were. Willingly went out of his way to meet us to look at homes; accommodating us to our availability. No matter what, he made the time. When it came to questions and/​or concerns, he answered without any hesitation each time and if he didn’t know he’d go out of his way just to get us an answer. When we felt like giving up, it was he who lifted our spirits to be positive. Assuring us that we’d find our home. Francisco definitely went above and beyond. He had made our first home buying experience very pleasing. Through it all he was patient. Not to forget very pleasing, skillful and confident. Overall just simply wonderful. Thank you Francisco for guiding us thru this. You were, are absolutely awesome.

As a probate attorney, I’ve worked with Remo on several transactions dealing with probate, estate administration, living trusts and real estate.
I have certain expectations from a Realtor which are a must in order to get the job done efficiently and professionally for a client.
I was convinced Remo would be a good fit for me when I saw his detailed conversation log. Organization to that extent assured me that we would work well together. My intuition was correct and Remo has exceeded my expectations. His system and knowledge in real estate sets the standard for a smooth transaction. We had Mary Almada (best realtor ever) show us houses, she answered all our questions, always answered our call texts emails regardless of the time and it was a lot of them. She made the process so easy and walked us through it all. She really babied us and treated us like family. We never had an unanswered question. She fought for us.

Remoun and Josh surpassed my expectation­s. I had gone through two other Realtors­ and was left very disappointed. Remoun ­and Josh helped me realize that there ar­e Realtors who do care and want to help ­you. Josh was readily available, suppor­tive, and always returned my call or tx­t in a timely matter. He offered to drive me, assisted me on h­ow to write a letter to a seller, and th­e times I was out-​bided he always asked ­the seller’s realtor what could we have ­done different. Remoun assisted me wit­h my budget, referred me to a Great lend­er, and explained to me the process of b­uying a home. was. He told me that whenever they show a property, they first call the selling agent
to find out information regarding the property and to find out if there are any offers
and when the agent is going to be presenting offers to their clients.
That was just the tip of the iceberg. I can honestly say, I don’t have anything negative to
say about my experience with working with Remo and his team. If it wasn’t for them, I probably wouldn’t have my house. They continued to call the agent even after our offer wasn’t accepted. When the original accepting offer fell through, the agent called back and asked if we wanted the house. She called Josh because he had been calling her to see what the status was.
I can literally go on about the other situations which they helped us out with, but all I can
say is that they went above and beyond our expectations more than once.

I met Remo during a Facebook event in which he was one of the speakers, chosen out of 1500 local business owners, to speak about how he uses Facebook and Unilocal to build his robust business.
I was able to chat with him for a bit about my photography business and he ended up using us to make one of his videos on his Facebook page. :P He’s very fun to work with.
I mentioned to him I thought about buying a home since I had been renting for so long… He educated me on the market, got me pre-​approved, and 3 months later his team was able to find me the house I was looking for in Whittier, and within my budget.

We’ve known Remoun through Matt Callahan’s seminar in the City of Garden Grove for first time homebuyer. That was 3 years ago.
We’ve been looking for the right house with several things to consider. We wanted a house that we can afford and a safe place close to a good school for our 3 growing kids. Remoun and his team stuck with us and never got tired of helping us with that journey. He did everything even beyond our expectations just to meet our requirement.

My husband was searching for the publics choice of a trustworthy realtor and that’s where we found Remo the Realtor and Team. As soon as we were pre-​approved and on board our search began, 3 to 7 homes a week were seen, bids were places, and after a month or so, we found the one and we are now proud homeowners. I have known Remoun years back before he started his successful business. We were both working for the same County department and became friends there. The boyfriend and I decided to buy a house in 2005. Coincidentally, Remoun said that he can help me. As a friend, he was always kind, reliable, and sincere. My wife and I decided to buy our first home. Like many other first time home buyer, we didn’t know much about purchasing a house. Luckily we were referred to Remo and his team (Special shout out to Josh).
They made everything go smoothly. They constantly communicated with our lender, seller’s agent, and escrow so we would always be informed of what’s going on and what the next step would be. They made the entire process easy!
Also, even after we’ve moved in, he would ask us how we’re doing. We had some work done by a contractor (Victor) that he referred and he went to visit us just to see if everything turned out well. He also reminded the contractor of the work that still needs to be done.
Even to this day, I’m still asking Remo for advice on the house and he’s always happy to help.

After renting for years the wife and I decided it was time to try and buy our own house, but the first question we had was, HOW? By chance my brother was selling his house and had found Remo on facebook and immediately liked him and his staff. After seeing the smooth process my brother went through with Remo, the wife and I knew we had found our realitor.
After looking at several houses we had found the perfect one to fit our family. Remo and his staff worked tirelessly to make sure we were the front runners and ultimately secured our first family home. The day we moved in we ran into major unforseen plumbing problems. Remo showed up to our house everyday and made sure the problem was fixed and fixed correctly. Even though we have been in our house for awhile now Remo continues to shoot me text mesasges just checking to see how we are doing… GREAT!

We found Remo on Facebook and decided to take a chance and meet him. He gave us the impression that he was a hard working, honest guy so we decided to move forward with him and put our house up for sale. Our gut feeling wasn’t wrong. He marketed our home so well that we had 14 offers and after 1 week on the market we were in escrow. In less then a month our house sold and i really believe that his using of social media to get the word out is a huge factor in his success. He is a great realtor to work with and we will definitely be recommending him. He doesn’t sugarcoat things. He’s honest and knows what will help sell. He is very hard working. Always available when you need him. Although he has several clients he makes you feel like you’re the only one. Great realtor!

I started looking on Unilocal for real estate agents and Remo’s page came up. I read the overwhelming positive reviews and visited his facebook page. I was quite impressed with his marketing strategy since he uses social media to promote his services and to reach out to potential customers. Why would you not trust a guy if you see his client’s happy faces posted on his Unilocal and facebook pages? I sent him an e-​mail and within 5 minutes, I got a response. We had a short chat over the phone and he gave a great introduction of himself.
Remo is the guy.
After 25+ homes…
Remo was with us in all of the home viewings. He would give his unbiased and no-​BS opinion. When we found the home that we really liked, he was on top of his game with all the documentary requirements and negotiations. We finally closed the deal after 8 weeks from home viewings to getting the keys. We felt that we had the best representation in Remo throughout the home buying process. I would not think twice of recommending him to our families and friends.
