Had some work done on my Toyota Camry. It needed an oil charge, new break pads and who knows what else. I immediately felt comfortable discussing my cars issues With the mechanic (sometimes as a female you feel like you are getting taken advantage of) they are open and honest and presented me with options. The service was quick and affordable. I now have a place I can go with confidence. I will be back!

Mechanic that worked on my car couldn’t tell my car’s alignment was off and he lied to me.
It took him 8 hrs to fix the ball joints and Once he was done «repairing «them …I left thinking my car was fixed… but to my surprise… as i was driving out of the location… My car felt stiff and it was making a thumping noise… i immediately, took it back to have it checked. The mechanic took it for a test drive and when he back, he had the «nerve» to tell me… he did not feel or hear anything wrong. When i left again… I could still feel and hear something wrong with my car. I returned the next day to see if a different mechanic could check it again. Another mechanic did and told me the alignment was off and that it probably happened when they repair ball joints… He also, told me that the alignment was not included when they repaired the ball joints and he was not going to fix the alignment. I told him i did not have a problem paying for the alignment… if the previous mechanic would have told that needed to be repaired, I would have paid for it. I told him I was very upset that the other mechanic misinformed me and lied to me. Soon after that … i started having other problems with my car… I will never know it that mechanic had anything to do with that … :(

Finally I found this auto repair shop that was honest, fair and good. My toyota was fixed in a timely manner and Ralph gave a great price for changing my head gasket. Major repair for an excellent price. I shopped around the Whittier area and other shops were ridiculous and could not match Pro Autos price, warranty and quality.

I took a car in and, oh boy, was I overcharged. Also, when I got my car back, the censors were all out of whack.
I should’ve just waited to take it to my own car specialist but I thought I’d help the local economy. Never again… Whittier

Recently had my 4Runner (213,000 miles) worked on. I baby my truck and would rather work on it myself, however, some things are best left in the hands of professionals. Because my truck needed major top end work, water pump, timing belt, gaskets. etc, I wanted a shop that was very familiar with Toyotas. One thing that concerned me among others was getting a shoddy job (missing screws, misplaced vacuum hoses, dangling wires). I was not disappointed! Guys did a quality job. Truck sounds and feels like new! Ralph and his screw are awesome. Looking forward to taking my other Toyotas to them. Thanks again.

Being a woman its hard to find a mechanic who will be honest. My dad was a mechanic, so I know a little bit about cars. My experience was okay. I had a couple of oil changes done, transmission oil changes, and tire rotation. The last time I went they told me that I was going to need new brakes. I told them I’ll get them done later. I had another mechanic look at them and they told me they were 70% good. Basically they were still like new. I recommend that if a place tells you that your car needs something done, don’t get it done right away. Always get a second opinion just to double check.

I had an issue with my main fuse box and all it needed to be was replaced. After leaving the car there for 2 days they tried to tell me my fuse box issue caused my throttle body to «burn» out and it would cost me over $ 1,300 to fix it. I began calling around to the Lexus dealer asking the master mechanic if it is even possible for the throttle body to «burn» out due to a fuse box issue and they said in over 20 years of working at the Lexus dealer that has NEVER happened. So I decided to just show up at the shop and to my surprise my car was running fine and they had just solved the issue a couple of minutes before I got there. It seemed like they where trying to guess and add that things where wrong with my car. The main guy running the place seems cool but the way they went about trying to get extra money out of me just wasn’t ethical. I wouldn’t recommend going here try ANY other place.

Cannot say enough good things about this place! It was recommended by a co-​worker, and since I have 2 Toyotas, a Camry and a Tacoma truck, I thought I would give them a try.
For the past three years they have had all my business. Oil changes, brake service, replacing a broken power window and general other «fixes». It’s always done right, on time and at the right price using factory parts. NEVER any attempt to up-​sell.

Being a female I feel that often times we get scammed when we bring our cars to auto repair shops, i did not feel this way at all. They were extremly helpful, the prices were very reasonable, and they even showed me the parts that had been replaced! I would definently recommend this place!
