I rate this place one star for Only One person that was helpful at my last visit for a phlebotomy. Starting with the desk clerk being rude to the unprofessional team of staff n the cluttered, unorganized trashy infusion center-​not to mention being poked six times with no success. I left three and a half hours later shaken and so disturbed over all that took place. Obviously, management is not doing their job. Not going back there!

Dr. Shum is the best helped me survive! He tailored my treatment every step of the way, and what can I say about the beautiful nurses they ALL of angels on earth. On days I was so sick they would get me in as quickly as possible to help me get home faster they checked in with my mom and they even walked me to my car on a couple of occasions when I could not walk to car without getting nauseated. I love love love them all and they are why I am a SURVIVOR!!!

My father in law has been receiving his chemo treatments here since early 2015. His cancer was already in stage 4. We knew he was not going to be cured but decided to do chemo to try to slow it down from spreading and hope he can pro long his life as long as he chose and try to keep his pain at bay.
The nurses who tend to patients are nice and take good care of the patients receiving treatment. It gets very very crowded at the Whittier location. Unfortunately there are tons of people with cancer! This place is chaotic and not very peaceful.
My frustration is with Jack H Freimann Jr., M.D. He has been very cold and brief with our family. It feels like he could careless about my loved ones situation. He does not give straight forward answers. He has horrible bedside manner and no compassion for patients. He should at least pretend that he cares. It’s all about the money. Especially this place. We wish would would’ve seeked treatment somewhere else.
We choose this place because it’s in our community and try to support local business and professional.
We understand Dr. Freimann was not going to cure his cancer. We just expected compassion and grace for someone in the end stages of their life.
I am in the hospice field and would never treat a patient this way.
