New Concept Cabinet & Flooring

We just bought a new house but the kitchen was not what we wanted. We started shopping around and found New Concept, the pricing was good and we liked what we saw in the showroom. I just recommend that you clarify everything you want so you don’t have misunderstanding. They work fast and quick. They had our kitchen installed within two weeks. I’m very happy with my kitchen and how it turned out. Their was a few repairs, that were taken care of right away.

I went to this company a few months ago, but I wanted to get multiple quotes. Frank explained everything to me and made the process very clear. My kitchen looks great. Worst contractor ever!!! We asked for custom made cabinets and instead were brought made-​in-​China prefabricated cabinets after we specifically requested we did not want those cabinets. The cabinets installed were damaged, had scrapes from the installation and the labor work performed was not professional. We asked Frank to come to our home to inspect the low quality of work and damage made. He was rude and would not let us talk and show him the damages. I have never dealt with such a rude, unprofessional company, and I work in the construction industry. We have been saving for years to remodel our kitchen and money was not issue, if I wanted a low quality kitchen cabinets I would have gone to IKEA.
By the way one of the reviews below is a fake, the kitchen photo was taken from Pinterest. Which is a photo that was posted in 2013. Posting fake reviews for you company will not help make your company seem better, it’s the quality of work and customer service that counts.

I absolutely love my new kitchen! I’m a bit of a perfectionist; not easily satisfied. However, the guys at new concept cabinets did an amazing job. They were professional, friendly, super fast and their work is flawless! The workers are highly skilled at what they do, which allows them to execute the job as quickly as they do. The cabinets, counter tops, etc are high quality, Solid wood. And the price, you can not beat! I paid a ¹⁄₃ of what I would’ve paid at the larger chain stores. I did experience a few issues, which I was a little reluctant to point out because I knew it would be costly and time consuming, but when I spoke to frank and Jim they promptly without any hesitation or issues fixed the problems at no additional costs. They really pride themselves on their customer satisfaction. After 14 yrs of being a homeowner and multiple repairs, i can honestly say, this has been my only good experience I’ve had with contractors. Thanks again Jim and frank. You guys are awesome!

May 2015 my kitchen was redone. New cabinets and counter tops were installed by New Concept Cabinet. I was impressed by well planning and cleanliness of the crew all through the 3 days of work. Not only we got the quality cabinets and the granite we were looking for, it was at a great price too. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good, reliable and affordable licensed contractor.

My experience with this company was very diappointing. After the deposit was given, the only thing that worked was… nothing. Staff became impossible to communicate with, products I had ordered weren’t available and the workmanship was worse r than poor. In l ess than a w eek, the trashcan and one drawer have broken. The baseboards are a mystery! Big gaps, uneven cuts and one that is an inch too long and lays over the other piece… Buyer beware…

Last month a pipe started leaking in our house which resulted in ruining some of our kitchen cabinets. After solving the pipe problem we started shopping around for some new cabinets. We finally settled on New Concept Cabinets and I’m so glad we did. They were quick, professional, and did beautiful work. My wife and I are very happy with the end result. Would recommend this business to anyone searching for some new cabinets

Extremely bad customer service! I had the most disappointing customer service experience when I did business New Concept. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. I had to interrupt the installation due to some errors. The first concern was corrected right away with no question. After the wall cabinets were begun i found another concern and contacted the store. I spoke with Frank and after i communicated my concern he practically slapped me through the phone. This guy began to yell at me as if I did something wrong. I was totally surprised on how aggressively this guy yelled at me and was confused because i could not believe that this poor excuse of a person was the person designated to be the face of this business. I was so upset that I told him to come to my house. I was so upset that i was actually expecting that this guy would attempt to get physical. To my surprise he did not show up. Frank instead sent Jim to address the issue at hand. I explained to Jim what the issue was and he was not rude or defensive but did not agree to my concern and therefor would not commit to resolving it. At this point the job was stopped. Here we are 3 days in to the install and there are several issues. Cracked granite top, shortened wall cabinet height, minor scratches, cabinet length and other. It was most disappointing to have found some of these issues on our own. I could not understand how a cracked granite top would be acceptable in anyones eyes. All the concerns we communicated were basically responded to in a way as to convince that there was no issue or cleaned up with mickey mouse repairs. The finished product still remains unsatisfying. I have granite tops that stain from the slightest drops of water. There response was that it must be that I spilled oil on the granite or that it must be a manufacturers defect, neither response included replacement, repair/​seal or even e price break for this condition. I was basically held hostage. They stopped the job in the middle of the install and would not proceed until I agreed. I would really advise everyone to take their hard earned money somewhere else. These guys put up a good front but will rape you as a consumer if given the chance.

I really liked coming here. I got 4 estimates before I came to their showroom. The owner himself came to my house. His quote was really reasonable and it included solid wood cabinets with maple wood. The installation was the easiest part to deal with. My kitchen looks great and I am very happy.

I would not hesitate a second to recommend New Concept Cabinets. I have been very happy with their work. They are honest, reliable and charges are very affordable almost a steal. The installers show up on time and their work is very professional and clean. My kitchen has that GRAND EQUISITE look like it is out of a scene of a movie. It now has that sort of French Country look and I get rave reviews when my friends and family see it.

Not a licensed contractor! Buyer beware. I saw add in pennysaver and called to get information about their promotions. They answered my questions just fine but when I asked about getting their license number all of a sudden the phone call clarity got choppy. They basically said they don’t give out that information over the phone. Red Flag. As a licensed contractor they are supposed to clearly include license number in all advertising, they do not. They are simply trying to pass off their business license off as a contractor license. They are not the same. Beware.

I’m very pleased with New Concept Cabinets. They came on time and were willing to travel to my house in Westchester CA. They did what they promised and the quality of my cabinets are wonderful. I chose the White Shaker with the Arctic White granite. Frank was extremely professional and got the job done. I would strongly suggest this place to anyone:) You can’t beat the price!!!

For the price, the cabinets are decent, although the customer service is boarder line horrible. Frank, the main guy at this location has no people skills nor does he try to make you feel like your buying a good product. His attitude is very black and white, you either buy or leave. If i could go back, I wouldn’t have gone here, would have preferred to have done the kitchen myself.
