My boyfriend and i had horrible tension problem areas lower back/​neck and shoulders… I called in like at 6pm and asked at what time they closed Nancy answered that if i wanted to come in it didnt matter as long as it was before 7pm i was pleased nobody stays open to accommodate your necessities which at this point was like 911. As i walked in very nice ambiance the aroma just right and Nancy explained packages and prices we paid $ 60 combination deep tissue with swiss massage and they use HOT Stones which at most spa places charge about $ 90+ for… Great price for this little gem in Whittier! Jessica and Nancy were awesome they got right into it full body massage … The music was on point the room was dark nice relaxing aromas !! They have other services like private spa and jacuzzi she mentioned along with facials, something ill definitely be trying next time i come in for my monthly massage !! «Relax your mind and let your body be free» i always say and this is so local and makes it happen …

This spa is photographed well, but it NOT a fancy spa. The employees are kind and considerate however the owner is very brass. I had an expired Groupon which I wanted to use the paid value. The owner gave me a very hard time trying to up-​sale me and wouldn’t allow the employees to honor services for my paid value. It was an awful experience. Between the Groupon issue, spa ambiance and owner’s lack of compassion, i would not recommend this spa.

My wife and I planed to celebrate our anniversary here and pamper ourselves. We arrived for our appointment to only be told we didn’t have one.
The lady was trying to fit us in when she asked if we were using a Groupon. We said yes, then all of a sudden they were booked. The lady then said, we can reschedule for next week and if we didn’t like that then we needed to speak to the owner.
We asked to speak to the owner and then told that she wasn’t in and we got hung up on. As to why Groupon does business with these people is beyond me!
Do yourself a favor, pay a little more and go to a reputable place! These people are terible!
If I only could give negative stars, I would!

All I can say is WOW!!! This place will leave you with your mouth wide open with Awwwwww when you leave it recently, I had my 32^nd birthday party here with 8 girls and they treat you with 5star Royalty. Nancy makes you feel at home she gave me the works all her employees have a great warm welcoming, all my friends are still talking about there massages and Facials. Where planning our next group event so don’t settle for the others when you can have the best treatment yourself don’t cheat yourself

My husband and I had a couples massage at this spa for the 3^rd time. It has been truly amazing, all my tension always melts away. As for my husband he enjoys the relaxation and the ambiance. Jessica and Nancy are the best. Looking forward to the next time and to the jacuzzi tub that’s forthcoming.

I’ve gone a few times to this spa and the only reason I come back is because Jessica does such a great job on facials… she is also very friendly and my skin is left flawless after I leave. Ask for Jessica when you come to the shop!

This is my 3^rd time getting a facial from Jessica. I like how she walked me through the whole process, and explain what she was doing. My face looked flawless and felt clean afterwards. I really enjoyed my time here. Ask for Jessica, you’ll be glad you did!

My Oasis Spa was fantastic. Jessica was fabulous giving me a full body massage and facial. She was very professional and knows what she is doing.

We came here for a couples massage and facial package. My boyfriend has a terrible massage and his masseuse kept asking him questions and talking with the woman doing my facial. Also, another woman kept walking in and arguing with the masseuse about using her creams or something.
The massage was very bad and not worth it.
The woman doing my facial kept talking and not letting me relax. She complained a lot about groupon and how they take half the money so we need to pay at the spa and not through groupon because they won’t get any money.
The facial was nothing I couldn’t do at home myself and she tried to tell me she could tell I haven’t had a facial in a while. I just had one two weeks ago…
She kept waking me up and telling me to look at my skin in the mirror. Not very relaxing. She did the exact same to my boyfriend.
After my terrible massage I was left lying on my stomach and my hair all over the place and super uncomfortable. The other employees asked if she would like to turn me over and put the eye mask on and for some reason she said no I could just stay there… FOR 30 MINUTES!
Then they forced us to give a tip and called my boyfriend out I from of the people in the waiting room. We did NOT want to leave a tip because the service was so bad.
We will not be back.

I got my mom a $ 150 gift certificate for mothers day because she hasn’t had a massage for years and I knew she loved hot stone massages so I thought this would be the perfect place to go. After my mom went to the appointment I asked her how did it go and if she liked it. She said it was nice but she wouldn’t go back. After awhile she told me that the girl used stones that were too hot, didn’t place the towel properly, and it ended up burning my mom :(I wanted her to have a relaxing day at the spa, not to get burned! Never going back.

I came here with my bf for a couples massage/​facial I bought through groupon. Worst place ever! The actual establishment is nice and clean but the services and massage employees are horrible. They are new and just out of physical therapy school because they told us they were so very inexperienced. They talked to us and joked with eachother the entire time not letting us relax or nap. The female who did the facial just threw some soap and cream on me, she didnt even extract facial impurites like facials are supposed to be done and she rushed through it. The owner told me several times to buy through her and not groupon several times. I paid over $ 136 for this and it was a waste of my money, I would never go back or recomend to anyone.

I would just ignore any good reviews. I usually don’t complain and am easy to please but this place was one of my worst decisions. We went to this spa because I got the couples massage and facial spa via groupon… Long story short. It was a waste of 130.00. When my boyfriend and I got there, the employees were already being unprofessional. DO NOT let the nice setting/​pictures fool you.
The massage itself was horrible, it felt rushed and was NOT relaxing at all. My body felt worse afterwards. My boyfriend was extremely sore and almost left half way through it. They kept saying «my bad mam» and «my bad boss».
They kept dropping the hot stones, they didn’t use massage oils, they used regular everyday lotion that I could get from a drugstore instead.
During the massage they kept talking among themselves not letting us concentrate on relaxing. They kept asking questions, and did not get the sign when I would just nod. They were like «no I already started his hot stones, just get it going, dude my bad».
My boyfriend has scares from a car accident on his arm and his therapist kept asking him
what happened, and if he had surgery on it.
My therapist spent over half an hour on my upper back, and got really close to touching my butt. My fiancé also felt very uncomfortable due to his therapist putting his arm on his stomach while he SAT on the massaging table during the massage.
When it was time for the facial, the lady talked to me the whole time about NOT going through groupon for their company, almost shaming me and kept bashing my skin. It was about 5 minutes long, AND honestly didn’t do anything that I couldn’t of done at home.
To top it off, when we were leaving they made us give them a tip. I said sorry I don’t have cash because I did not think they deserved a tip, but they said that we had to, I only gave them a 10 $ tip because I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. There were many more things that I didn’t like but this review is long as it is.
Needless to say, I regret spending $ 140 here and WILL NEVER GO AGAIN.

My fiancé and I loved this spa. We had the couple’s massage with facials and we loved the service we received. The owner was very gracious and sweet. Our skin looked flawless leaving, we will definitely be returning.

My wife and I came here for our first time and we are very satisfied. The staff was very nice and they sure rolled out the red carpet for us. We got the deep tissue massage and she got the facial with it. John was very nice and Nancy the owner was the best. They sure know how to treat a customer. The place of business is clean and very relaxing. We both are coming back in a month.

I got a Groupon and that was the only reason why I came here. I felt rushed the entire time even though there was no other client in the building that I could see. The therapist kept telling me to relax but it’s hard to do that when your muscles are being rolled out by sharp elbows. She DID ask me if the pressure was okay. At the points she asked me it was and then at other points my fingers and toes curled from the pain.
You could say that I should’ve said, «slow down,» or «too hard.» I’ve gotten a lot of massages before and you should be able to relax and not say ANYTHING to the therapist beyond the initial, «is this pressure enough?» inquiry. I also didn’t say anything because I’ve never been kneaded and rolled like bread before and wondered if it had any therapeutic effects afterward. It didn’t. At one point she kneaded my neck so friskily like a dog being scrubbed after rolling around in poo… The next day my muscles feel sore like I just finished a ground workout. If I lost any poundage from this experience I’ll change the reviews but otherwise… I will not be coming back here.

My boyfriend and I wanted to find a local, affordable spa that would offer couples massage and we found that place. The oasis was exactly what I expected. Nancy and Jessica offered the deep tissue massage along with the hot stones and let me tell you, they knew exactly how to release tension. My right shoulder was very tense for some time where at times I could not sleep well. I came out feeling brand new.

My husband and I went for a spa night. We booked their latest appointment (7pm) with Jessica and Nancy
Jessica gave me a hot stones, facial and a 60 minute massage! the pressure was great! She really listened to my needs and new exactly where my problem areas were! Her facial was amazing she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed like she was my friend for a long time! My face feels tight and clean. She was very careful and delicate with my skin, I felt safe letting her work on my face.
Nancy is the deep massage queen! My husband had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Nancy. (She gave him hot stones for free too) He hurt himself from lifting weights, and Nancy was able to help him find relief from a lot of pain and tension in his back. He claims Nancy is the best massage therapist he’s ever had!
Both these ladies did a great job we really enjoyed it! Plus their prices are great !

Went for a couples massage here with my boyfriend a while back after purchasing a Groupon for a couples one hour hot stone massage and 30 min facial.
The place is decent, moderately sized, and I loved the ambiance and décor of the place, especially in the massage rooms, nicely decorated and relaxing.
The masseuse I had on the other hand, was not so great. His technique was far too rough and made for an unrelaxing massage that left me with an array of bruises on my back the next day. As for my boyfriend, his masseuse was Aaron, and apparently he was very good and applied just the right amount of pressure.
The facials we received were great. That was the best part of the visit for me. Even though it was just a basic facial, the esthetician did a great job making me feel relaxed and my skin feel rejuvenated.
So overall, my experience was so-​so. I would likely revisit this place but only for a facial. As far as massages go, I will stick to my usual spot in Monterey Park at Harmony Day Spa where the prices are more affordable and masseuses are much better skilled.
