*UPDATE* Just waited wayyyyy too long for cold fries and a messed up order. They over charged us by nearly $ 4 and then forgot one of our sandwiches. Luckily I caught both of their mistakes and got refunded before leaving, however I didn’t catch the old cold fries. So I’m still stuck with gross fries. This mc Donald’s sucks at accuracy. — — — — Some nasty kid peed in the play place and the employees didn’t close the area or make a quick attempt to clean it. Instead they stood around trying to argue over who would clean the mess. I thought mc Donald’s only hired adults, not grow people who stand around bickering like children. My 6 year old daughter has more common sense than these idiots. Eventually this old lady employee ended up cleaning it while the younger able bodies employees watched. Jerks.

Beware the drive-through! This McDonalds struggles to hire people who can listen, think and perform simple functions. They will botch your order at least half the time. When ordering, double-check the screen to make sure they have the order right. They typically have the person with the worst English language screens taking orders. Then, at the pickup window, make them show you, item by item, what they’re putting in the bag. Otherwise, you’ll be sorry.

I would like to understand why is it that McDonald’s is known for their Shakes and Burgers of course. But then again are never prepared to have shakes ready in the morning ? I would rather have a fulfilling breakfast and I do mean fulfilling if I were to be able to spend my money on something relevant that I would like to drink(I.e.) such as a Milkshake. Then to waste my money on a droplet of milk which is considerably less but as well the comtent is less too. A shake in the morning is a spot hitter. It’s just the same as milk just in a thicker semse. It’s actually filling in itself but with a sausage MvGriddle or pamcakes itself then that’s where I’d like to spend my money. Hard earned at that ! Not only this McDonald’s doesn’t have shakes in the morning but other’s as well. It’s a wonder a staple of the industry can’t be had at the establishment that initially established it. So anyone that would even care to care or remotely care to read this. I myself think that if you offer a drink such as the milkshake then it should be made available to someone at that anyone at any given time. You have down time after closing if it’s not 24 hours. Let it do its thing through out. By morning time as whomever opens should start up the process by the time any rush would possibly hit and you actually have a sellable product without having to by something else because you don’t have any. On the star deal well that’s a hard one to judge if shakes were an overall factor.

No matter which McDonald I eat at the food taste like cardboard, they need to provide real food not engineered food. Corporate food chains are the worst.

Do I really have to put a star? I know I’m asking too much for decent service but I would suggest hiring people who can hear, know their product, and be at least friendly when working the drive thru. I ordered coffee and a lemonade and the unhappy cashier asked me 3 times what my order was, and kept saying«what did you want?» If you couldn’t hear me acknowledge the fact and say«I’m sorry can you repeat the order please I could not hear you.» And to top it all off she never greeted me as I pulled up and never said thank you after I paid. I expect my employees to give the best customer service even when they are having a bad day.

They forgot to add my extra hash brown from the drive through so I walked in and they were very nice about it saying sorry and even gave me free cookies on the side. You can’t go wrong with free cookies

This place bites. They never get the order right. They are slow one time it took them 30 min and for me to tell them 4 times for my food. The customer service is bad and management isn’t any better

The customer service here is just awful. The drive threw is a disaster. I don’t understand how hard it is take an order and payment and give me my food. This is not rocket science people. The attitude the employees have are just ridiculous. You chose this job, make the best of it.

If you want FAST food at night do not come here. Plan on spending a minimum of 30 minutes just in the drive through. Drive a few extra miles to another McDonald’s and you won’t be sorry.

Went in to speak to a manager after getting home without half of my meal. Spoke to Irma and she quickly found out from her staff that they had an extra egg Mc muffin. She got her staff to complete my order and return my $ 11.01 without me asking for it. She apologized and and left me with that warm fuzzy feeling. Good job Irma.

HAIRINFOOD!!! Just arrived at my destination, ordered 20pc chicken nuggets, 3 mc doubles xtra pickles ketchup. 2 sausage egg muffins. Well comes as a surprise one of the Egg patties has a Long Dark Female Hair cooked in between it. Sadly enough i found out around the last bites. Feeeling sooo Grossed out as i type. It was my first choice to begin my meal. i tossed the remaining food in the trash didn’t let my partner touch her food. WHY is it that when i visit my local McDonald’s and ask for extras i usually end up with a tampered meal? Smashed sandwiches. Cold fries? Hard chicken nuggets? Why? Please management take it into your hands. This is GROSS. How do i get about pursuing legal actions against a unsanitary establishment

First, let me start by saying that this McDonalds rarely, if ever, gets my order wrong. From my experience, most fast food restaurants in the area regularly forget to put items in the bag, serve me a burger without pickles when I asked for no pickles, or even forget to give me a fork for my salad or a straw for my drink. McDonald’s has always been very good about double checking the order before serving it. The only problem I have had with my orders at this McDonald’s has been with my beverages. Since McDonald’s has started charging the same price(one dollar) for ANY size soft drink, they occasionally upgrade you to a large drink, even if you ordered a small or medium. While some may appreciate the automatic upgrade and consider it generous, it can be frustrating if you have specifically ordered a smaller size for the portion control. It is also frustrating during the annual McDonald’s Monopoly prize game, where you can only win prizes by buying medium drinks. Still, the issue with the beverage sizes is not the reason for my 2-star rating. Instead this rating is based on the restaurant’s customer service. The last few times I have gone to this McDonald’s, I have had to wait an exceptionally long time in the drive-thru. In fact, there have been several times I have had to park in the waiting stall while they caught up and prepared my food. This would not be so frustrating if it were not for the fact that while at the drive-thru window, I can look inside and see how little care the employees are putting into their service. After I have paid, and pull to the second window, I have waited up to 5 minutes without even being greeted by an employee. I have plenty of patience, but if I am going to have to wait for my food, I would like them to acknowledge my presence in some way. Instead, I can see the three or four employees(one of which, I believe, is a manager) standing around having casual conversations. In fact, it has even gotten to the point now where I honestly thought they had forgotten I was there. I hope to be able to change my rating for this McDonald’s location in the near future. It is a simple matter of acknowledging your customers and remembering that the priority is customer service, not personal conversations with your coworkers. If this improves, I think this place will be a 100% satisfactory fast food experience.

It’s McDonald’s. Everyone pretty much knows what to expect when going to McDonald’s, so the only reason most people will review a fast food establishment such as this is because either their doing something very right, or very wrong. This location was remodeled recently and it has a fresh coat of paint and it LOOKS nice. Inside cleanliness is still an issue(especially with the restrooms) and needs some attention. The food quality is actually decent, the chicken is chicken-y and the Big Macs are Mac-y. But that’s if you get what you ask for. The friendliness of the staff is also better than other McDonald’s in the area, which is nice, but doesn’t make up for my next point. Order accuracy here is ATROCIOUS. Out of the several visits a month that I make here for a quick, on-the-run bite, about 75% of those orders were given to me WRONG in some way, shape or form. Everything from missing items to wrong items to incompetent order takers not paying attention. Lots of mistakes are made here, and it’s frustrating. I will easily give this location +2 stars if they can simply get a basic order into my grubby little paws CORRECTLY.

If you need another reason to stay the hell away from McDonald’s, let me give you Reason #90876: Picture this– We are in the drive thru waiting for our order and lo and behold, they were pouring soda from a UTILITYBUCKET unto the cups. I had to do a double take because for a second I thought I was hallucinating. I ended up throwing my drink in the TRASH were it belonged. I am done.

I didn’t think I would ever write a review about a fast food chain, but here goes. They have stupid workers here! Can they not get an order right? I wanted to purchase the $ 2 Mc Double with bacon. They knew what I was talking about when I asked for the Mc Double w/bacon cuz she said«it’s $ 2.» What do I end up with? A $ 2 Mc double. Do I really go back for a $ 0.60 overcharge? Nah. So like a dumb ass, I go another day. SAMESHITHAPPENS!(BTW This wasn’t for me to eat. I hate Mc Dees! except for breakfast.) Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice… Never going back to this location again!
