Our company is growing with over 1000 clients in our first year of business and our goal is to help more people in California save on auto insurance as well as home insurance and business insurance. Yelp is the next step to achieving this goal.

The most recent and exciting news for our company is that we were approached by Nationwide. Nationwide insurance is trying to build a presence in California and they have asked us to help them grow here. More options means more saving for our clients. Let face it… we all like to keep «our» money in «our» pockets… but we also want to be protected in case something unexpected were to occur. I promise to get my clients everything they need and I am always just a call away if they ever need anything. I know it’s nice to talk to someone right away… so all clients get my cell phone number so that it’s easier to get a hold of me even if I’m not in my office. Watch out for this place.
I got a quote from this company and it was a good price with my bad driving record. When I was ready to go with them they told me that I had put more than double my monthly payment down. I asked why that was thinking that it would cover first and last month. Eric then told me that it would only cover the first month and the rest were fees from the insurance company. I then asked if it was a broker fee. He told me no its what the insurance charges. I needed insurance to get my license back so I still went with this company. When I was going over the paperwork I saw that they where charging a $ 160 broker fee. Really? So I contacted Eric and asked him and he told me that I asked him if it was a $ 175 broker fee and that is why he told me no. HAHAHA. This guy is crazy. I am a salesperson and that type of stuff is what gives us a bad name. They are also supposed to give you paperwork and stuff that they don’t give you. If you get anything out of my review make sure you read your paperwork. That much for a broker fee is crazy and beating around the bush and lying about it is bad sales tactics.

THE FIRST TIME I EVER GOT HANG UP BY AN AGENT, I contact them because I received a letter about price increase due to the territory correction that I told him at the time I bought the insurance. I compliant to my agent Shaun, because I think I shouldn’t paid this amount because it was the address I registered at the time I made a six month full payment. The first time I called he told me to no worry, just send him the address approved, he’ll take care of it. After few days I received a past due letter again, but he told me to pay and he has no control about the increase. I was getting a little freak out at that moment because I got charge for unreasonable increse and late charge due to his late notice. I swear I did not yell neither raise my tone at him. I told him how much I unsatified about their service, but he hang up on mr before I finished my ask about at least void the late fee since I didn’t meant to pay late. Insurance for safety insure, but I don’t feel safe with this service at all. I can’t imaging one day I got hang up on a claim.

Eric from Guardian Direct was awesome! He was very helpful, this was my first time having my own insurance and leaving my parents, he made it easy and fast to take care of everything and explained how everything worked with my coverage. They took care of everything with my bank so it made the transition super easy. Awesome rate considering I got a DUI plus just a friendly and out going guy. I would definitely recommend guardian direct, and ask for him if you can!

Unfortunately I totaled my previous car (at fault total loss plus injury) and when renewal time came around Progressive more than doubled my rate (no surprise). Progressive is a great company who handled my claim and settled everything quickly, but they’re just too expensive. A friend of mine referred me to Eric Aguilar at Guardian Direct. Eric helped answer questions and guide me for weeks before I finally decided to pull the trigger and switch brokers. He was always available via text/​phone and at the end of the day cut my insurance rate in half while doubling my coverage! What else needs to be said? Save money and get better coverage. Do yourself a favor and give Erick a call.

I was looking for auto insurance online and was contacted by an agent at Guardian Direct… Ill admit i was really worried at first, because i hadn’t heard of them. Eric took complete care of me though and saved me 700 dollars a year. Ive sent them my girlfriend and brother and he saved both of them too. I have had no issues at all and would definitely recommend them to anyone else.
