Service at Greg’s is excellent! They are so great! I first called to see if they can repair my window. (It fell off the track) The sweet lady I spoke with (I feel so bad I didn’t catch her name) asked for me to come in so they can take a look at it. I went in, she got her brother in law to look at it and he took care of it! And at best at no charge! And I got back to work on time! They are the best and I greatly appreciate the work and the courtesy they gave me! I would totally go back and I would totally recommend them to anyone!

I had my Audi repaired after getting hit on the rear driver’s side, the work is impeccable, I’m very happy with the results! They also did minor clean up of a few scuffs on the mirrors. I would have highly recommend this shop.

Had my 2012 Altima rear bumper ripped off by the back tire of a big rig, quarter panel damage and busted tail light, drove my car to Gregs Autobody on Whittier Blvd, was greeted politely and car was checked in within minutes, the front desk even called Hertz to pick me up for my rental, from the get go, Gregs texted me status updates every Tuesday and Thursday at 3pm sharp, I am very pleased with their customer service. I was projected to get my car back in 20 days, ended up getting it back 5 days early! Once U drove up my car was parked outside looking better than it did when I bought it, the quality of the work done was amazing, I couldnt even tell it had been in an accident. You can notice right away that they use the best paint! Also to my surprise I received a lifetime warranty on the work they performed! I cannot express how happy I am that I chose Gregs to fix my car! I highly recommend this shop for all your autobody needs! Thanx Gregs I will be returning for any fixer uppers needed in the future.

Great help from Brandon, insurance job with State Farm paying the big part. I decided to have the shell on my 2004 Sierra painted to match the truck. Once again GREAT job. Work performed to my satisfaction & on time as well.

Well that’s strange because that same day I wrote the review same day I went to get an estimate… And yes I did fill out the paper work ask for my name and car model etc… Well I was there and that’s the price they gave me… I never leave reviews I’m always the person reading reviews to get a brief understanding to what I’ma get myself into… I went out of my way to make a account to leave this comment that’s how surprise I was that your employee gave me that price… And I was actually referred to your shop saying I was going to be satisfied… but I really do appreciate you actually taking my complaint inconsideration

Greg’s Auto Body was so helpful when our work truck was in an accident. They picked it up from the towing company, assisted the insurance adjustor so we could get it resolved. Even though the truck was deemed «totaled» they were very attentive and helpful during this process. Brandon went above and beyond!

Took my car there. They returned it with a flat and took longer to fix. The man that helped me, Brandon Ruacho, has horrible customer service skills. They used a «used» bumper cover for my car… sucks not to get it back with all new parts. I will never go back and would never recommend them to anyone.

Took my vehicle in about five months ago, and I got great service. They kept me update via text which I found very helpful. They were always helpful and informed about any supplements that came up. Everything was completed on time and I had no workmanship issues at all. It’s a great shop.

I took my car here as recommended by AAA. I was VERY satisfied with their work! I will tell everyone I know that this is a top notch place. Excellent workmanship! Promised my car within a certain timeframe and I even got it earlier than promised. Most importantly, they are fair and do excellent work!!!

WOW! This is my second time coming here for auto work on my Z3 BMW and all I can say is AMAZING JOB! My car looks brand new, the paint job, the interior that had to be done was completed to perfection! When I picked up my car it was newly washed, including rims, the inside was vacuumed, polished without a speck of dirt on it. I would highly recommend this establishment. Came here to get my car door fixed on a Wednesday. They ordered the part and the next day they called me and said it would only take a few mins to fix ! I came in –door was fixed and I’m a happy customer — thank you Greg’s auto body for your fast and good quality work

I had my truck rear ended and took it here after having a dent fixed by them earlier. It took 14 days but they fixed bent frame, trashed bed and bumper, perfect paint match, and even replaced my Chevy license plate holder with the exact same one I had before!
They were professional and seemed perfectly happy to take my calls regarding the status. The truck was done exactly on time and they even had it detailed and vacuumed!

I was originally recommended to Greg’s by State Farm as they are the local preferred shop, but didn’t know any better so I took my car to the dealer as it was only a month old and I was naïve.
I had just gotten my Saturn a month earlier when in a parking lot someone backed up into me. I took it to Saturn of Santa Ana, where I bought it, and they sent it to Campbell Paint and Body (out of business) because Campbell owned the Saturn dealer and when I got it back there were runs in the paint and dried drips all around the bottom of the bumper, I didn’t look in anymore detail, that was enough. So I sent it back as unacceptable, the second time I got it back it had no drips, but specks of dust under the paint, again went back unacceptable, after all it was a brand new car. It seems in my experience that specks in the paint are common as I have seen them more than once. I told them that I was going to send it back as many times as it takes to get it perfect. At that, they essentially said nevernind and told me to just take the car and bother someone else if I was going to be that picky. Really!!! That I want my brand new car to actually look like a brand new car instead of a paint job that looked like some friends and I did in the driveway, which on my previous car I had done my own body work, and painted it in the driveway at home, but it was a beater car, that I had just sold and spent $ 19K on this car a month ago.
By the way, I stopped getting my car serviced at Saturn of Santa Ana with that attitude.
So I called my insurance agent back and asked where she had said to take it… Greg’s and when picking up my car from Greg’s I could not find a single flaw, and I was looking after my experience with Campbell and it was finished on time. I had the car for more than 5 years and the paint never faded, flaked, peeled or looked any difference from the rest of the car when I traded it in nobody could tell it had been in an accident.
The whole process was easy, it just gets taken care of. I’m sure there was a complete estimate and billing, but makes no difference to me as State Farm was paying, in fact I don’t know if Campbell ever got paid or if State Farm paid twice. But I learned, since insurance is paying I will take my car to the best. An artisan like Greg rather than a production like shop with dozens of cars waiting to be fixed from dealers around town.
And the best part of the whole ordeal… I asked Greg NOT to install the front license plate bracket, so I had no ugly bracket and no holes in my bumper from removing it. The bracket was in my trunk in case I ever needed it, I didn’t.
I have recommended 3 people so far to Greg’s and they are all completely satisfied also.

Don’t waste your time. In summary, 1) poor workmanship, 2) when you come back to show them what’s wrong, they blame it back on you that it was already like that, 3) they think you are an idiot when it comes to car and hope you go away, 4) there lifetime warranty is worthless.
I was rear ended. To avoid any hassle, I asked State Farm for referral thinking they have done their due diligence. When the repair was complete, I noticed the rear wheel well was coming undone. When I brought it to Mario’s attention, he blamed it back on me saying it was already like that. This is an area State Farm paid them to remove and re-​install. After he could not argue this out, they blame it back on State Farm saying they needed more money for parts and labor to get it right. Upon vehicle inspection by the State Farm adjuster, he concluded it was not done right and they made them redo the work. I brought the car back in and Mario still have not apologize or taken responsibility but then start talking like I am a village idiot. Telling me the glue residue is wax and the wheel well is one piece, once you place rivets, if it sits crooked, they can’t do anything because it is one piece. It’s like saying, the hood as 2 hinges, if they bolt it on and it closes crooked, it is one piece. Can’t do anything. Or, you buy a cabinet and install and if the door is crooked, well, it is one piece. How about, installing it right? and there is such thing as called «alignment» so it will be straight.
When I picked up my car for the 2^nd time, finally, someone admitted it was poor workmanship and was apologetic. Why did we have to get State Farm re-​involve again if you take ownership of your work? Still, the work is crooked and now, the area where the rivet goes is now ripped. I am tired working with them and have asked State Farm to get it fix in another body shop.
They swear they are a quality Company. Quality Company is not only define by the quality work but when there is something wrong, you are proactive in resolving the issue. They have not done both. They only try to resolve the issue because State Farm made them. They unwillingly did it and it was reflected in their attitude when I dropped my car off again for the 2^nd time.

My repair was more traditional than the two poor reviews and the results were fabulous. The service and follow-​up was very professional. Although my damage looked minor, it wasn’t. Greg’s took care of everything with my insurance company.

Just save yourself the trouble and look for another auto shop.
Here’s why:
My side mirror recently go smashed. I ordered a new part myself, and wanted to see if they’d paint it for me. I bring the part to them, which has a signal light installed inside, so yes, its electric.
«Mario» says, «Lets go see your card.» So he takes the part outside with him. DID I MENTION ITS RAINING OUTSIDE? Seriously?! Bringing parts like that in the rain. I brought the dang thing to them in a box, with bubble rap, TO KEEP IT SAFE. Any one who paints, should know that the surface has to be absolutely clean.
Experience: Horrible. Customer Service: Horrible.

I was in a car accident recently, and brought my car here for repair. Excellent customer service. Quick, helpful and honest! They helped me out by calling the rental co to come pick me up, and when I got my car back a few weeks later it looked outstanding! No signs of damage whatsoever, looks brand new again!
