I had a great experience, Heather was great. I procrastinated and had to get a photo shirt… total last minute. Heather allowed me to email her a picture, she didn’t ask for payment and she had it ready to go in 2 hours. Excellent customer service. Thanks Heather!!!

My husband coaches a team for whittier girls softball and I drew a design to put on a shirt, Heather, Don and their staff, did an awesome job on making this drawing come to life, our team and their parents love the shirts. They are so friendly and professional, we got the orders super fast and I’m definitely ordering from this spot in the future.

I needed last minute printing done on some sashes for my daughter’s high school color guard team and Don was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! He was SO helpful! He discovered I didn’t give them enough ribbon to complete the whole job, called me up, gave me the exact measurement of what he still needed, I and then STILL managed to complete my order on time!!! The sashes came out FABULOUS!!! They were PERFECT! La Serna HS Color Guard will definitely use Graphic Motion & Arts for all their printing from now on!!!

I came across Graphic Motion & Arts when participating in a charity walk and our Team Captain had shirts made. They were great! A custom logo was created that represented our teams honored hero perfectly. So when the time came and I needed shirts made my only thought was to use GM&A. The time, attention and commitment to my project was well beyond expectations. Not only were the shirts perfect, Heather recognized the time sensitivity of my request and personally delivered my order. Our shirts were worn with great pride and many compliments were received. GM&A delivered on so many levels and I will certainly look to them for my future needs. Thank you GM&A, you touched all those that wore your shirts.

Today I had went to get shirts made for the 4^th of July and wasn’t expecting much other than to spend a few minutes in the shop and be on my way. Instead, I was there a couple of hours going over possible sketches with Don. All I can say is wow! What a breath of fresh air knowing that there are still businesses like yours around. The way Don run’s his business should be a model of what ALL businesses should strive for. His level of customer service and patience is exceptional! This company does great work for a reasonable cost, with excellent friendly service. Our company had logo wear embroided and silk screened with great results. The shirts were also very good quality, holding their shape and color. We have recommended to fellow franchees and they used them as well. They were equally as happy with their logo wear.

I needed (12) t-​shirts for a triathlon (athletes plus fans) with my Grandpa’s last name on the back and an awesome quote in the front. I brought in my shirts and they screen printed them with a white clean/​simple font that I asked for. They went above and beyond what I asked for and provided the best surprise for my mom! I even came in two days before the triathlon and they made it happen! Definitely recommend!

I ordered shirts (80) for my cross country team. The process was really smooth and service was great. My team was very happy with the shirts and so was I. They really helped me choose a design by showing me some of their previous orders. They were very helpful. I highly recommend them.

I was hesitant to come into the shop because of the previous reviews but I needed shirts done ASAP.

My cousins live in Whittier and they were having an anniversary party so I decided to order shirts for everyone. I called Graphic Motion and the customer service was amazing. They had so many types of shirts and designs and the process was seamless. I would definitely recommend them and they got me my order FAST!!! I picked up my shirts and they looked great.

Graphic Motion is my favorite place to go for my team’s t-​shirts. The customer service is outstanding and they know how to ask all the right questions to make sure that I get exactly what I want. I’ve ordered from them about 7 times now and I will definitely be back. It’s so much better than going to those online t-​shirt ordering places because you dont know exactly what you’re getting. At Graphic Motion, you can see things in person and know you are getting a quality product.

The owners her are awesome!!! I have had many wonderful custom shirts made and not only are they done to perfection but the customer service is A+!!! Really don’t understand the negative reviews all my friends get there custom gear here also

I had no problems with the customer service, they were actually extremely polite with me. However, having been in the graphic design industry myself, I know that even the smallest details are EVERYTHING. I really wish I had checked with Unilocal before going with them.
Granted, we needed a rush job for a charity 5k walk we were doing that weekend and we came to them on Wednesday of that week, but it was an order for 10 white t-​shirts with a simple logo and 1 line of text. This should have been a slam dunk. Here’s the story:
I emailed them with what I needed, very clearly stated. I’ve been in graphic design and I know that I have to be explicit with what I want or else I end up with something messed up. We exchanged several emails because the logo needed to be re-​sized and put into different formats, no big deal. Anyway, the shirts were scheduled to be done by Friday afternoon, and I get an email that morning with the final layout of the logo, but the text is missing. I email back and ask where the text is, and get the response that they didn’t know about this, but they’ll take care of it. Big red flag. I send them the text 1 more time, just to make sure that they get it right. So, I show up at the pickup time and check out the shirts, they seem ok, but there’s a glaring typo/​grammar error in the text. FML. We needed the shirts the next morning and they were about to close. I did the math in my head and figured I’d take the loss and just Sharpie in the correction rather than risk them messing it up again. See the error here:
This is inexcusable. I can understand if English isn’t a first language, but if the text is given to you several times, in quotes even, chances are you should get it right. Check, check, and triple-​check your work is the rule in design, especially with t-​shirts. One letter off can F up everything!
$ 15/​shirt with the quality of printing we got was waaaay too much, as well. The designs were pretty much ironed on. I’ve worked with companies in the past that have done far better work for almost half that price. Definitely will be looking elsewhere for our t-​shirt needs in the future.

I have had a few things done here over the past two years. Both times the young ladies that worked there are very rude! They seem like they are too busy to sit there and explain options. When I call on the phone with a few questions again I get the huffy puffy irritation coming from them. In this economy you would think they would be more accommodating, maybe have a little bit more customer service. I will NEVER use them again…

i went to this location when i was in my sophomore year of high school and i wanted them to write the name of a company on a sweatshirt embroidered on the front and screen printed on the back.
it was a one color process with the screen printing and the embroidery was 8 letters.
they messed up the capitalization on the embroidery (which made it say something different) and the screen printing was done too thin. (which caused it to crack in the wash very quickly)
all of this happened and it wasn’t very cheap.
not only that, but when i ordered the shirts the Oriental owner was very rude to me.
from my experience; i would not go there again, and i would suggest that others go elsewhere if they want a quality job done at a better price.
