Owners are very friendly and helpful. All I do is tell Tina my budget per sq ft and what I like, she then shows me my options. Done!

This place is a must go to for all of your bathroom, kitchen and floor needs. All of their team is helpful and goes above and beyond to help you with all of your needs. If you have not been here, you must go. They have items that noone in the area has. They are not your typical closeout store that only has a little of this or a little of that. They can order whatever you need! Give them a shot, get in their today!

We bought our countertop here, our backsplash and our flooring. The variety of samples they have here are amazing. I shopped elsewhere and this place has the best pricing and customer service and the family that runs the place is lovely and very helpful!

The selection here is truly wonderful, but be prepared to put up with lackadaisical customer service once your money is spent. If you’re not an «important» (their word) customer, then fabricators don’t show up when scheduled, there’s no communication unless you call and you’re pretty well on your own.

I do not want to criticize or talk poorly of the two owners, Tina & Jeff. The complaint I have is last year we did a kitchen remodel, Tina was helpful and patient with us, everything went smoothly. Naturally, we decided to go back this year for our bathroom remodel. Unfortunately, it was a nightmare! We ordered a special tile, granted, they may take time to deliver. But, it was two, closing in on three weeks before they even knew it was on the truck. Tina made no efforts to call us to apologize or let us know the status at any point in time. We called and checked in every time, that level of unprofessionalism is astounding! Nor was any compensation offered, such as a discount for our inconvenience, what’s worse is every time we called they did not know anything about our order or even who we were until they called us back after probably shuffling through mountains of paperwork strewn across their desks. To treat repeat customers this way is in poor taste. I hope they read this and learn from the experience, we will not be returning ever again to forever tile.

This place is awesome !! Tina and John were super helpful and very nice ! They have a very nice display of every tile, stone and much more. Great place, great prices ! My store for all my future purchases ! f you can’t find it here you won’t find it anywhere great variety, hundreds of beautiful tile and stone!

The owner was there when we went in. He was so very helpful, very knowledgeable and gave us great advice. I came here, not really knowing anything about tile. I just knew I had to remodel two bathrooms in my home. Had the owner not taken the time to explain everything from grout to tile placement, I would have ended up with all the wrong supplies.
The place is crowded and overwhelming, but the selection is wonderful. They carry all kinds of tile/​stone at all prices. Yes, you can go to big chain stores or outlet stores and get «deals.» But, I got a great price on slate gray tile (cheaper than Home Depot and waaayyy more modern) AND I got the advice I needed to execute my project.

Walking in this store feels like a museum. The selection they have is an abundance. With such a selection I am so thankful for Tina. Who I believe is the owner. She was so helpful and welcoming. I was so thankful for her knowledge and eye for color, because I honestly don’t know my left from my right when it comes to designing or color. Tina took all the pressure and anxiety away. I said I wanted a spa like restroom and she designed exactly that. I swear to you she designed a magazine worthy bathroom. That she kept in my budget. I recommend this tile store to everyone and anyone. Tina if you read these thank you. I’m looking forward to do my kitchen. Soon I hope :)

Love this place! The tile selection and showroom are plentiful. I ordered specialty tiles for my kitchen and was trying to match particular colors. The owners, John and Tina are so down to earth and take time to help. Actually, they love to help, especially with design ideas. They have many years of experience and know what they are doing.
I can’t wait to work on my next project!

I recently remodeled my bathroom and went in there to get some ideas. Tiles are beautiful and at first I received good custemer service. I ordered my flat stones for my shower but when I went home I noticed that I the stones I had purchased were mixed with another type of stones. I went back and got nothing but bad attitude from them. Nobody appoligized and I was told that they would have my stones «in two days» when in reality I had to wait weeks for my order to come. I had no choice but to cancel my order and buy some other stones somewhere else. I will never return to this store and I advice Unilocal readers to do the same.

I am remodeling our 1905 Craftsman bathroom. I had been to Mission Tile West, Dal Tile Service Center, Home Depot, and Lowes. The owner, Tina, was welcoming, and I can’t praise Michelle enough. She has a Master’s Degree in Design. She recommended historically correct tile that fit my budget. The showroom is AMAZING. It’s organized and simply beautiful. It’s the best showroom of all the tile stores that I have visited. I live in the Pasadena area. It is worth the drive (30 miles) to receive their assistance and excellent service. With her help, I choose white subway tile with pencil thin liners as the decorative element. I know you’re laughing. White tile? Yes, I needed help to choose historically correct tile. The owners were very gracious. I recommend Forever Tile and Stone highly. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

Had bought some tiles there a few years ago and for the first time. Then I needed some tile for a different project recently; tried to go else where but they just didn’t care for my business.
So I decided to go back to forever tiles in Whittier; which is a drive for me. Luckily they had the same time a had seen at the other location. They were very professional, they matched the price and had my order ready in just two days!
I’m very happy with them and next time I need tile, I won’t waste my time gong anywhere else. I will head straight to forever tiles. They also have a great selection of tiles.. Beautiful tiles!

We have used this place for both our kitchen and bathroom. We were helped by the owner Tina who was so incredibly knowledgable and gave us a terrific experience. She helped us choose the right tiles both times and was spot on with her selections! We were so lucky to have found this gem in Whittier. We’ll definitely remain regular customers!

Forever tile is top notch not only are they knowledgeable but the showroom is fantastic. They have a great selection and more than helpful. Knowing nothing about tile they helped me every step of the way and turned my kitchen it to my favorite room. I would like to thank them and highly recommend stopping for a look.

I would give a 0 star if I could. Rude (the woman) all the way. Only time she was nice was when she was telling us the price and trying to get us to buy it. We asked her where a certain brand was (walker zinger) and she said I don’t know maybe here? just look. and as we saw a show room display we asked her oh that looks nice what’s that one? she said. I don’t know figure it out. if you run this store how do you not know what your own product is displaying?! freaking ridiculous.
when we called prior to going. we asked oh why are you only open for 4 hours on Sunday. her response: we carry walker zinger. if you want to see the product then you must come when we’re open. we carry the best so come around our availability. if you don’t care enough then don’t come. horrible customer service obviously. definitely won’t be buying from their store. attitude was all around horrible!!!

To be totally honest I have not bought anything here or used their services. But the couple of times I’ve come in to look, the staff has been basically cold and unhelpful and not at all friendly. And they were unhelpful in advising me when I asked some questions about what I needed. The store carries some beautiful tiles, but the service and attitude are anything but. Won’t ever be looking there again.

Words cannot explain how happy I am with how my house turned out with the help of the brilliant designers at Forever Tile and Stone. They are very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted for every room in my house. I feel like I am now living in my dream house. Thank you to the entire staff.

Selecting tile can be an overwhelming experience. There are many brands, colors, and styles not to mention debating between types: ceramic, porcelain, etc etc…
Forever Tile makes this process less overwhelming. Sure they have hundreds of tiles to choose from but their knowledgeable staff makes this an enjoyable experience. This store is geared for the homeowner who wants a designer look without paying for the design team to come create it. Everything in the store can be removed from the walls. You can take the tiles (including accent tiles) and grout colors to their tables/​counters to see how things work together. Their store is well lit which is extremely useful when shopping for tile. Tina (owner??) is extremely knowledge and will help you pick floor and wall tiles that match with whatever you have. So if you know what cabinet colors or granite you will be using take them with you!!! She also helps you pick grout colors! She doesn’t try to push her design ideas on you she just gives you suggestions and gives you reasons why certain things work together!
She will also try to price match!
Their storefront is deceiving… their showroom is huge!
I can’t wait to go back again!
