Dynamic Medical Imaging

This place is a joke. I was authorized to get 3 exams. When they called a day before to confirm I belive her name was Sue or something like that. She had said that she called my Drs office and that I wasn’t their patient. The whole time she had my last name wrong, my birthday wrong and a different Drs. Office along with a different Dr. To be on the safe side I called my Drs office and had them fax my authorization. When it came time for my appt they scheduled me for 2 and the ultrasound girl which name started with a P did not want to take 1. She said I had to come another day when I already had fasted and drank my water. Finally a girl at the front desk spoke with her. Then the guy who took my chest x ray was so unprofessional messing around with the girls at the front desk flirting. Showing child like behavior. The only person who was professional was this young girl with shoulder lenght wavy hair. What seemed like hazel eyes. Would not like to go there again.

I used to be petrified of getting mammograms because of my last experience. As a result, I have been foolishly putting it off. But today on Feb. 26, for the sake of my family, I bit the bullet and went today and am glad I did! Heidi, the lady who did my mammogram today was amazing, she was very nice, very gentle, and I felt no pain at all! I lost a very good friend to breast cancer, and it is just not worth putting off. Go see Heidi, she is the best!

I called on july 3 the phone kept looping. I figured because of the holiday I will have to call back july 6, 2015. For an MRI

I came here to get an MRI done and it was done quicker than I thought. The waiting room was nice and quiet. All the staff members were friendly and overall just felt comfortable at the place.

This place is horrible, we show up and they say it will be a 45min wait. Two hours later we are still waiting. Others waiting were told it would be another hour and a half because the doctor needed to take a lunch.

I don’t know what is wrong with this place — understaffed or just sloppy. I went in for a mammogram and the female radiologist told me that the result is «possibly benign». She told me that I will need another mammogram in 6 months to make sure that everything is normal. About a week later, I got a letter in the mail stating the same thing. Six months later, when I ask my doctor for a mammogram referral. The doctor showed me the report that she got from this place saying that they recommend yearly mammogram so she cannot refer me for another mammogram. Somebody has dropped the ball somewhere and I have been trying to find out what happened for almost a month now. The center is always too busy to talk to me and when they finally talked to me, they reaffirmed that I need yearly mammogram. I DO NOT TRUST this place because they never let me talk to the radiologist who did my mammogram. I think the radiologist messed up and forgot to write down what she told me. Extremely unprofessional and I am very unhappy!

My doctor referred me to Dynamic Medical Imaging to get an MRI on my knee. I work out a lot and have been experiencing pain in my knee for over a year. Dr. Chao and his staff were really nice and friendly. You could tell they actually care about the patients. The report I got back on my knee came back within a day. Wow! Usually those things take a while but they were fast!

Came in for x rays since my MD suspected I fractured or broke some ribs last Friday. Parking can be painful at times here due to that it’s located in a medical plaza and quite busy.
Since I had been here before my wait time wasn’t long even without an appointment which was suprising since it was a Monday morning after the long new year weekend.
In addition to the efficiency, the X ray technician was friendly and knowledgeable.
My visit here was pleasant. BTW the x rays were positive as fractured ribs so I’ll be returning in a couple of weeks to re test to see if my ribs are healing.: (

I am sitting in the waiting room now. Just finished my xray and waiting for my film.
I was a walk in referral from my Dr and showed up right when they opened at 8am. There were several others waiting for them to open the doors with me. After filing or my paperwork and providing my insurance card, I was called in… about 30 mins after opening/​my arrival.
Xray was quick and tech, Juan, was kind and courteous. Provided I get my film relatively soon and can be off back to my Dr office for analysis, I will be happy with this place.
Quick and efficient.
