Carz 4 Toyz

I talked to Romeo @ their Inglewood lot about a vehicle, he knew I was coming from NorCal to visit my daughter ar college but he assured me the car was in excellent condition for a used car, I got there and a side mirror was attached with duct tape and the middle console was broken. A headlamp, brake light, wipers, battery and riming belt all were defective. ALL but the mirror were discovered after I drove the car home. One of his employees told me a «knocking» I heard was just typical of Range Rovers after an oil change, it would go away. It didn’t and then Romeo tried to say there was never any knocking that they have a mechanic that goes through their cars. IF I COULD VOTE ZERO STARS this dealer/​Romeo would get a ZERO. HE IS A CROOK!!! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE from CARZ4TOYZ. I’m giving you an honest summation of this place avoid it. I tried to work with him to split some of the costs I’d incurred, he obviously said no. AVOID CARZ4TOYZ!!!

This place was so bad its pathetic. Call ahead to take a look at a car, they said they still have it, Great! Drive three hours to go see it. First thing, no one came to us, sales guys were sitting inside playing games on their phones. Went in to get their attention, they asked if it was going to be cash or credit. Stupid pushy already, we said cash, they said we should do credit instead. Finally get the keys to take a look at the inside, ask for a test drive, they say we need to run our credit for a test drive. Thats just ridiculous. Probably trying to steal your information and social, this car has been posted online at a fair price for 2 months, no reason why it shouldnt have been sold by now. Car had visible re-​painted sections from a crash even though they claimed it was no crashes and clean title. Were walking away because of how horrible our experience was here, they say to us «This car is too fast for you bro». These guys suck.
I recommend everyone stays away from this dealership.

I saw an ad on
for a car from CARZ4TOYZ in whittier. I emailed a serious cash in hand offer, at which time CARZ4TOYZ professional sales rep. replied… KEEP IT IN HAND. I replied, WOW, great customer service, you build your reputation on your customer service, and CARZ4TOYZ is LESS than professional. CARZ4TOYZ responded, :you stated you had cash in hand, and I replied keep it in hand, what’s unprofessional about that. Glad I didn’t buy from some place that treats potential customers so harsh.
