I went in for a problem I was having with a toe nail. He was very nice and answered all my questions. His staff was also very friendly. I have gone twice already and I have no complaints.

I was referred by two of my doctors to this quack doctor. My ankle felt worse after seeing him. I kept telling him it was my ankle but he insisted it was my flat feet that caused the problem and proceeded to sell me expensive shoes, inserts, and laser fitted inserts that my insurance doesn’t cover. Dr alberty never wanted to listen to me… he just wanted office visit fees and xrays. I went for a second opinion and am now cured two days later. The new doctor in santa monica said It was my ankle and I do not have flat feet. also didn’t need to xray my foot. just felt it and knew what it was. Dr Khorramian in santa monica is the best.

Worst Doc Ever!!! He told me that i had one leg longer than the other. I asked to measure my legs to make sure of the difference. He reported that he was an expert and did not need to measure my legs. He then prescribed inserts with height differences. He magically came up with a number. Well after trying the inserts for a year my hips started hurting. After going to physically therapy, i was told that my legs were fine and it was my inserts creating the pain. after removing the inserts and after a few months my hip pain started to reduce. This guy is overconfident with little knowledge!

After reading these reviews I’m GRATEFUL for having been turned away by this moron and his inept front office personnel. I was given an incorrect appointment time by inept receptionist #1 and when I showed up at 3:45 I ws told he couldn’t see me. I begged and pleaded advising my toe was infected and i had been waiting for this appointment for over 2 weeks and his response was for me to go to urgent care or the emergency room. Can’t imagine seeing me would have taken more than 30 – 45 minutes– I guess med school eliminates overtime from ones future, huh? Oh well things happen for a reason right? Now I’ll just go find a competent doctor with a little more compassion and a few more Unilocal stars. Dr. Alberty, I will sing from the hilltops to all I know for them to never see you as their podiatrist. Slacker.

I wouldn’t even give this idiot podiatrist one star. I can’t believe he has a license to practice because it’s evident from my experience with him that he has absolutely no idea what he’s doing and should have his license to practice taken away from him. I work in a healthcare profession and I regret the day that I ever let this idiot operate on my foot. He completely botched the surgery on my foot — something that was, in fact, extremely simple. It’s taken almost 5 years and 4 more complicated reconstructive surgeries from an Orthopedic Surgeon who specializes in complex foot and ankle reconstruction to try to fix the mess that this guy made of my foot. And, I have a permanent impairment(a limp) and I walk with chronic pain. On top of that, I ended up with an infection which took months of intravenous antibiotics to clear. Unless you want to ruin your foot and have a lifetime of chronic pain, I’d stay as far away from this guy as possible.

This guy is bad. Horrible. Botch a surgery he had no business doing and it’s far from over. Do not go to this man or office. You will be sorry for the rest of your life!!!

I was having trouble with my feet, since I have been working retail for over 14 years. I finally was able to get into Dr. Alberty. It took almost 3 weeks to get an appointment. He was very thorough on the first visit. I have plantar fasciitis, so he did x-rays, assigned me physical therapy, and gave me cortisone shots. After 3 weeks of treatment and him putting me on disability, I then saw him again and was still in pain, clearly. He said he couldn’t do anything for me and just told me to look into worker’s comp with my work. I was very stunned that a doctor would send me back to work even though I was still in pain. I even asked his assistant for the reasons why he signed me off for work even though I was clearly in pain still. She said he had to in order for me to get worker’s comp(didn’t make any sense). I did even want to go that route at all and neither did my work. I then went back to work and unfortunately couldn’t work again. I then called back and they were no help at all. I left them a message stressing the urgency, it took them 2 days to get back to me. And again, no help once I spoke to the nurses station. We just kept going in circles. I was very disappointed with Dr. Alberty. He seemed like he just wanted the office visit money and didn’t want to extend any further care. I got a second opinion from an ortho surgeon, who extended my disability and was very helpful in all of this. And the strange thing is Dr. Alberty implied to me he couldn’t extend my disability because of my condition. That didn’t make any sense since I ended up getting extended. So, I would advise those that see him to be careful and how much he can really help you.
