As a first time homebuyer, I was so happy and relieved to work with Sergio, who made me feel safe and taken-​care-​of in my new home.
He is meticulous, thorough, and efficient in his work. He did not rush and took pictures of every little thing that needed fixing. He even offered his professional advice about how to run gas lines, fix heating units, etc. He also spoke with the contractor personally and told him he had to fix several things in the home to make it safe!
I received the report the following morning after completing the inspection only the night before. Wow! His report was detailed and included pictures, which I hear isn’t standard.
Furthermore, he is warm and professional. I really felt like he was looking out for my safety and well-​being the whole time!
