Worst customer service ever. Walked into the place and the guys was a straight up ass. I own a business myself, if i were to give service like that I’d go out of business. Don’t waste your time going here plenty of other quality lock smith’s.

Horrible customer service. Walked in and the worker was rude off the bat. I wouldn’t recommend coming here again. If you’re the customer walking in to a business, you shouldn’t be talked down upon. Never again.

Thanks David for fixing our key issues. It was a tough day for me and I appreciate your patience.

Warning if your a liberal or Obama guy be careful around Bob the owner. He’s a pretty funny dude only because you don’t know when he’s telling a real story or gonna crack a joke aimed at democrats or specifically Obama. With that being said he’s a locksmith and knows his stuff. He’s the locksmith we do business with. He’s recently added some help for when he goes out on calls. Last time I went there I purchased a few keys and had to pay with my debit card. His helper asked the usual debit or credit then proceeded to ask me to go behind the counter to punch in my PIN. Too bad he was hovering over me staring at me or the machine while waiting for me to enter the PIN. I don’t think he’s a crook out to get me I just think he wasn’t schooled on proper sales etiquette. The place has got alot of cool stuff around. He’s big into the local hot rod scene and has alot of memorabilia and trophies. He’s also big on collecting old glass bottles, handcuffs, and keys he finds in the area himself with a metal detector. I’d give them 4 stars if not from the PIN incident and his constant democrat bashing.
