Horrible customer service. please avoid this autozone and DO NOT order any parts from this branch!!! They will sell you used parts and refuse to reimburse you.

I came in here to get my light replaced (so I thought)…before even selling me the light, Christian the manger, went outside to make sure it was indeed out and upon doing so, he realized it somehow became unplugged. After hooking it back up, my battery had died. NOT HIS FAULT! My battery was already messed up and hooking up the light was all it needed to completely drain on me. I considered jump starting it and he was ready to use his own vehicle to do so but I just bit the bullet and decided to get a new battery, I obviously needed one. It started to rain, I literally had no idea how to do anything on my car that needed to be done and he did it all without complaint and didn’t make me feel like I was a burden or an annoyance in any way. He was so helpful and helped out a lady in need. I felt extremely grateful driving home that night. I’ll def come back here again when I need to.

The attendant was not very friendly the three other people ignore a lot of customers if you had small ticket items they didn’t see you so yeah really bad

Best service was provided today very helpful prices are fair location is perfect lots of parking.

The manager actually knew about cars and could talk about upgrading with some performance parts and what I could expect to gain by doing the mods. Store seems well stocked behind the counter. They had parts in stock where other locations would have to order and get the next day or two.

Not sure what can really be said about an auto parts store. workers were friendly, it was clean. I came in, found what I need it, bought it and left. Just wish there was an autozone closer to my house. would have saved me a lot of headache.
