America’s Tire Store – Whittier, CA

I visited this store a couple of days before they closed. The service tech stated that they were moving their inventory to their City of Industry location. Always great service and prices. Good luck!

No alignments done at any of these store chains. They sub out to local shops for that. Other than that super nice guys. Had to travel to chino hills for my tires though other wise as a chain they did great and my baby beast is happy and mommas account isn’t broke

As another reviewer already stated, absolutely amazing customer service! I dealt with Luis Mejia, and he could not have been more helpful! The facility is as clean as can be, even their restroom is spic and span clean.
Luis took the time to go over a number of tire replacement options for my Lincoln MKS, and guided me to what I feel will prove to be the best option. Their prices are competitively low, and they offer lifetime rotation and flat repairs for free. Overall, I could not be more pleased.
I had asked about the need for a front-​end alignment, and they said that my old worn tires did not reflect any indication of alignment problems, and advised it was not necessary at this time.
I arrived when the store opened at 8 AM, and was back out on the road before 9 AM. Definitely give them a shot when you need tires.

Contacted the store before going; Needed a replacement tire for my truck, Spoke to Jose who also assisted me at the shop. Had my tire installed with the spare tire switched out in 35 minutes. Very efficient and professional crew. Definitely recommend this place for your tire needs.

The guys at America Tires are pros in n out with no headaches call make sure they have your tire size if u have special rims. They will try to accommodate if they don’t.

These guys are the best. I purchased new set of tires for my Camry 2011 about one year ago since then I’ve purchased a new CRV 2015. A few days ago my tire pressure went on on my crv. I went in and the guys patched it free of charge even on the oem tires from the dealers. These guys are great. Coming back when I need new tires.

Came in for my free air check, as part of my perk with tire purchase. Super friendly staff informed me that I had a huge nail in my tire. Bummer, but due to my tire warranty they were able to replace it gratis! They did charge a small fee for insurance for the new tire, but not a big deal. Overall, great service, clean waiting area, free coffee and water. There was even a guy dressed as Captain Kirk from Star Trek (Oct 30) in the waiting room! May my tires live long and prosper.

Got in my truck & noticed the tire sensor was on! sure enough my front tire had a big old piece of metal in it and was losing pressure quickly! Didn’t have a lot of time to pick a place to fix it… Remembering a friend had recommended Americas Tires before, I decided to give em a shot. So glad I did. Jose greeted me soon as I got outta my truck & noticed the problem right off the bat. They patched the tire up in record time and had me on my way before I knew it. The crew they have working there were total pros from start to finish! They totally earned my business from now on. This will be my go to place whenever I’m in need for tires!

This place was awesome there prices were the cheapest I found and I really did my homework and there service was super fast all the pit guys work together so well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone shopping for tires… just give them a call if you don’t believe me…

Amazing customer service! They also do price match with costvo. Which is great. Very fast and you are able to make appointment. Very friendly staff. As girl who is not knowledgeable on anything automotive I feel like I can trust them to be honest.

Amazing customer service must be a prerequisite for working at any of there locations because I’ve only found the most helpful people at the three locations I’ve been to. I’ve been to restaurants with worse service.
Martin came out to my car and noticed one of my tires was cracked and found out that I had a certificate from my last visit, so I would only be charged for a new warranty on the tire for it to be replaced while my tires were rotated and balanced for free.
He then walked me through some other options for rims and showed me some in stock items and talked to me about how often I needed to get hem rotated. This is the consist an customer service I receive every time I come here. Can’t think of a reason to go anywhere else.

This is my second time coming here. The first time was back in September, my tire pressure light had come on. They checked my tires and it ended up just being low on air. They filled them up for free and had me back on the road in no time. I’d also like to mention that the staff was super friendly.
My second time coming here is today (currently sitting in the waiting room). Once again my check tire pressure light has come on. It turns out I have a giant screw in my tire and the pressure was at 12 and it should be at 32!!! Holy cow. Anyways Albert helped me out and was beyond nice. They are patching up my tire as we speak for free. Such amazing customer service. Will definitely be coming back for any tire needs and recommend this place to anyone who wants amazing, fast and friendly service.

America’s Tire Store — Whittier has just earned a customer for life! My friend’s car had the low tire pressure light on her dash and when she inspected her tires, found a screw on one of the tires. A co-​worker suggested «the shop at the corner of Painter & Lambert», so we went ahead and looked for that shop.
We were greeted by Jose, who was so friendly, accommodating, and professional! After explaining to him our dilemma, he immediately inspected ALL the tires, not just the one with the screw embedded in it, checked the tread depth on each and suggested that the rear tires may need replacement in a couple of months. After that, we all went inside and was told that since a couple of clients showed up around the same time as we did, it might take about 45 minutes for them to fix the tire. It was all worth it! I watched the crews work on the tire from the big window in the waiting area, saw them check all tires, maybe added some air, and take out the tire that needed the repair. While we were waiting, I keep on telling my friend that I really like this shop because it’s clean, organized, and all the staff are very professional and courteous.
After fixing the tire, they pulled up the car in front and Francisco explained to us what they did to the tires (check all tires for proper pressure, made sure all tires are properly inflated, repaired the tire with the screw). And we asked him, how much, he said NO CHARGE! It’s COMPLETELY FREE! What an excellent customer service! And it only took them about 30 minutes to finish! Imagine they spent all their time and resources, and did not charge a first time customer! They just earned a customer for life! When the time comes I’m gonna be needing new tires, I’ll definitely be bringing my car here! And I’m gonna tell all my family and friend to give this shop a try, who knows, they might have the same positive experience that I had!
