Came here to see Dr. Alexander after having a breast lift and augmentation from another DR. and wasn’t happy with the results. Dr. Alexander was so throughl and answered all of my questions, concerns and even gave me more Insite that I wasn’t aware of. He knew exactly what I wanted and how to achieve it. I wish I would’ve gone to him first and not the second time around! I would highly recommend him!

He definitely has a very welcoming personality and is very realistic and honest. I’m very grateful to have found him. He does an excellent job.

I had a mommy makeover and love the results, Dr. Sinclair and his staff especially Anita is so awesome and caring, we are very pleased with everything from the consultation, to the day of surgery, to the follow up appointments!

I recently got my rhino/​septo done about 12 days ago and am absolutely in love with my nose! Dr Sinclair made my nose exactly how I wanted it to and I am super pleased. Being very nervous and scared, his staff was amazing at keeping me relaxed, Anita who was very kind and helpful was always there when I had a quick question of things to do/​not to do prior surgery. I healed very well and quickly but still bit swollen… I can only imagine how much better my nose will look within a year of adjusting. Thank you again I recommend this doc!

Had my consultation a couple of days ago I must say that the staff is very inviting and the doctor was extremely inviting as well. Although the doctor was extremely nice and very inviting and made you feel extremely comfortable, I will not beginning my procedure done with him. I did see a patient that had her breast augmentation done by the doctor and they looked amazing although she was three days out of surgery. But for me it just wasn’t the proper fit the prices are extremely high. He was actually one of the highest that I had seen. I know we all say that price isn’t everything and that the most important is to have the perfect job and amazing job. However let’s be honest with each other price is something that we always look at not everybody can pop out an extreme amount of money all at once. But there is another reason why am not going with Dr. Sinclair as well.

Was recommended to get him as a surgeon from a friend who was extremely impressed with his demeanor and results of her surgery. After having other consultations I knew that sinclair was definitely the choice to pick. I had heard many horror stories about breast augmentations with women crying after seeing their breasts after post op bandage removal – for me this was not the case. I was so happy with the results and I cannot stress this enough. Sinclair took his time from the start to the finish. He was so thorough answering any and all questions I had and took extra time to make sure I was comfortable with the results and outcomes of the surgery. I would recommend him hands down and if I am to get any plastic surgeries in the future he will most definitely be my first pick. Ladies (and gents) if you have any reservations about him please do not… he is definitely the surgeon to go with.

I just got a breast augmentation with my best friend 2 weeks ago with Dr. Sinclair and we are both beyond ecstatic with our results. We seriously couldn’t be happier. They look amazing! We met several times before surgery (free consultation and pre-​op discussion) and he took his time answering our questions and allowed us to go in together. His assistant Anita remembered us every time we called and came in and they both treated us with the utmost respect. We looked at many before and after pictures and discussed all implant options and incision options in depth. We had other consultations and he was by far the best explainer and had the best reviews. He’s been a plastic surgeon for 30 years and he started with breast augmentation, now he does transgender surgeries, which gave me even more respect and trust in him. I would give him ¹⁰⁄₅ stars if I could, so if I were you I would get that free consultation to see if he’s a match for your desires, answers your questions, and makes you feel comfortable. If your wondering about the surgery, his OR is in Beverly Hills and the anesthesiologist and operation nurse were very kind and gave me extra IV pain meds when I woke up with pain (my friend had her surgery right before me and came to me while I was waking up. She was smiling and drinking a smoothie hahahha) The nurse gave me snacks and juice lol Surgery took an hour and recovery took about a week (I recommend taking 1 – 2 weeks off of work depending how active your job is) I was able to move my arms and not have too much pain by a week, which was amazing! (I did chose the under the breast incision as opposed to the nipple or armpit, that may have something to do with it). Anyways, Dr. Sinclair gave me more than enough muscle relaxants, pain meds, and nausea meds. In addition him and Anita also gave us their phone number so we texted them with any questions. This was a great experience and if I ever have any more plastic surgeries In the future I will definitely consult him first

I had a facelift, browlift, and upper eyelid surgery done by Dr. Sinclair. I had never had cosmetic surgery before. I am so very pleased with his expertise. He listened to my every little wish and went the extra mile to please me. For example, I had mentioned a slight dissatisfaction with my long earlobes and he made just the slightest change that makes all the difference in the world. I shall now stop wearing earrings that hide my earlobes and wear some that show them off. Nothing he did was overdone, all were small/​moderate changes that make me feel more confident. He’ll make you feel very comfortable.
This is a wonderfully compassionate surgeon who charges quite reasonable prices, relatively speaking. I could have no reason to wish to go elsewhere in future.

Have gone to see many plastic surgeons before and did feel somewhat comfortable with one of them, but when meeting Dr. Sinclair I was blown away. He is beyond amazing! He is definitely caring, honest, very knowledgable, treats you with respect, funny, and isn’t in a hurry to brush you off to see the next patient, he definitely takes his time with you to make sure you have all your questions answered and that is a definite plus for me. I absolutely love Dr. Sinclair, I haven’t gotten my surgery yet but I definitely booked it already I can’t wait to see how amazing he makes me look. I definitely recommend Dr. Sinclair, once you meet him you will definitely want him to be your Dr. He is definitely my go to surgeon from now on.

I did see Dr. Sinclair before. He did my breast augmentation last year of December 2013 and did my eye bag removal. I love the results amazing. I was in Whittier office last week Oct.30 and got my Hormones shots.
Planning to do a filler injection on my nose but I’m still thinking about it!
His secretary ANITA is the BEST!!! she’s very accommodating and friendly.
I highly recommend Dr. Sinclair for all those Transgender people transitioning to become a perfect woman like me.

Where do I start??? Dr Sinclair is the most amazing doctor with the ultimate respect for the female body. He is not only professional but he also provides amazing advice on the direction if you are on the fence of how big or little or overall opinion of what may enhance your beauty. In my opinion doctor Sinclair got to know me First as a women. My wants, desires, my goals, and my overall end result. After talking the time to know me the end results are absolutely perfect! I recommend anyone interested in making enhancements to your body to make an appointment with him and you will feel how my words are true. Thank you Doctor for truly making me shine brighter. I have nothing but absolute respect and love for you and your amazing staff.

Dr. Sinclair and his whole staff are truly amazing and so kind. From beginning (first consultation) to the end, my experience was just great. Dr. Sinclair was very helpful, kind, and understanding in my situation. I am still recovering but overall this experience is one I will never forget. If you are looking for a great place to go he’s the dr. You will not be disappointed :)

Dr. Sinclair did my rhinoplasty. I am extremely thrilled with the results even though I am not fully healed. It takes about 6 months to a year. He is funny, kind, attentive and has an excellent bedside manner. His staff is just as wonderful.
Dr Sinclair wasn’t my first choice when I was researching surgeons (he was number 3), however, after my first consultation and meeting him and his excellent staff I knew he was the right doctor for me.
Whether you choose Dr. Sinclair or not I implore you to schedule a few consultations with other surgeons just for your piece of mind. I will say though, that after you meet with other surgeons you’ll come back to Dr. Sinclair.
