I am forced to give 1 star since I have to! I spoke with a lady named Alexandra over the phone regarding a car and she confirmed the price, mileage and year of the vehicle. I drove about 2 hours to see the vehicle and was very Rudly received by the sales person, JUAN! He didn’t even show me the car and started asking for my credit score! I was pre approved through my credit union and for him for start off my experience with my credit score was very disappointing. Needless to say, the owner of the place was just as horrible and ended up just luring us in to see the car when it was the incorrect price and about $ 15k more than what I was told over the phone. Worst experience and if you value good service and honesty than you will avoid this place at all cost!!!

I stopped here looking for an affordable and reliable car and I left super satisfied!
We noticed the large variety of cars the place had so we decided to stop and take a look. All the cars are in great condition and super clean!
The service was also fantastic. Alex himself helped us and showed us what he had. He also explained pricing and financing. Alex is a super friendly guy and he does not pressure you to buy on the spot he is very understanding and also knowledgable on cars!
I would highly recommend him to all friends and family!

This place is awful. They just took advantage and ripped off my niece, 1st time buyer so she did not know any better, he outright lies.
Alexander gave her a price of $ 12,000 for a 2006 BMW and then did the contract for $ 14,999, (Kelly Dealer Retail Blue Book Value is $ 11,000) when she asked the women doing the paperwork why the amount was different she lied and said that included interest. This was NOT true the interest is on top of that price. When she went back to request that he correct the contract he was extremely rude and continued to lie saying the finance required the price of the car to higher because of the lack of credit BS.
Since it’s been 4 days she is now screwed.
This place is ripping people off so be careful. This place should be closed.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIPOFF USED CAR SALES SCUM. HE DOES NOT DESERVE BUSINESS FROM WHITTIER!!!

I must say that the experience that I endured was AWESOME. Oh, and your Sales Manager, I believe his name was Alex was GREAT. I have never went into a dealership and the atmosphere was so laid back but professional. There was no one being pushy or constantly harassing, which I extremely cannot tolerate. Even though, I was not ready to purchase a vehicle that particular day, with the professionalism that was displayed to me, I will definitely purchase my next vehicle, or two, at Alexander Auto Sales on Whittier.

Me and my boyfriend went into this location and started talking to Alexander about some SUV’s we were interested in. We started talking and getting prices (because there is no prices on the car windows) but we ended up going home because he stated we were not allowed to test drive the car unless we were approved for a loan threw him first? Who would buy a car or start a loan before they test drive it??? Thank god we did because we looked online to see he quoted us in person 4,000 more then what he advertised online. This guy who seemed pleasant, became very rude after we confronted him about is online prices and what he quoted us. Alexander is untrustworthy and not a person you should do business with. I wish I could rate «no stars!!»
