My overall experience here was great the staff was so nice and helpful, I love that the office is clean and up to date (compared to my last dentist).
I came here in pain comes out to be I need a root canal =(, I was so nervous for the procedure and honestly it wasn’t bad at all! the dentist did a great job I didn’t feel any pain, the process went smooth =D.
I recommend this office, the staff is very attentive and accommodating with setting up appointments and they work with you financially which is a major plus. :-)

I totally understand that there are personal perspectives on practices and customer service in this particular business, but through a personal perspective on my part, I have thoroughly enjoyed my visits here at Advanced Dental Group.
Now that I’m nearing the end of my treatment (woohoo!), I can’t help but acknowledge the service that was given to me throughout the two and a half year that I’ve been there. Payment plan and options were fairly simple to set up with them, although granted, I have to be quite honest, not the cheapest plan I have seen, but it can be definitely overseen by the experience I have had there. And hey, at least I can say now that I have more than a thousand dollar smile!
The staff and faculty there are awesome! They always make you feel at home and have really down to earth conversations with you, making them feel more like friends rather than people who fix your teeth. During each visit, they make sure you have everything set up for your next appointment and even do follow up calls to remind you that you have an appointment soon.
In conclusion, I have really nothing to complain about having my business here, and I definitely look forward to seeing my perfect smile after my treatment!

This place is very unprofessional, over priced and the office manager does not know what she is doing. Besides the fact that they overbook their appointments they also call and leave messages about someone elses information which is a violation of your health privacy. All patients information should be treated as private under the US Privacy Act. When addressed with the matter her excuse was «your the emergency contact». Yes an emergency contact not a legal patient representative you idiot. This office manager also likes to be little people and underestimate peoples intelligence when dealing with the minority and take advantage of those whose primary language is not of the English language. Will tell the doctor one thing because he doesnt understand therefor truly believes this manager works in the best interest for his business. So sad.

I have been going to Dr. Soltanzadeh for two years and I think he does great work. Last year, I had cavities on both sides of my mouth – yes, I need to lay off the candy – and he did a great job on the fillings, getting them done on alternate sides one week apart. My permanent crown that «Dr. Soltan» properly affixed and adjusted fits with my bite perfectly, much like the filling that he performed last year. I think Dr. Soltan has the right attitude, very calm and real. He also knows how to numb the area to be worked on without freezing an entire side of the face, and is careful with the needle. In my opinion, the quality of most dental care requires a good attitude on the part of the patient, not just the doctor. Having had a number of providers over the years, I believe Dr. Soltan and his staff to be among the best. And they accept my Aflac Dental Plan 3 as payment in full. :)

At first they are nice and say they will help. Ugh, my daughter got braces and it has been awful, they over schedule her appointments and it is a waiting game. I had braces removed and they scratched up my teeth and they replaced a back tooth and it still hurts to eat on that side. My husband had work done and has complained ever since. Don’t get me wrong the place is clean, but service is awful!!!

Everything that Tracie B. Just said is the total truth they don’t know what there doing there. i had a check up with know Cleaning and they said i needed a crown which that tooth got so infected because the desk manager would not make me an Emergence appointment so my tooth had to get pulled out on my cost my teeth are all scratched up and still hurt they used all my insurance money the front desk manager would not give me an itemized receipt on all the work they have done this dental group is NOT! Good at all Don’t go there for anything they will soak your insurance and mess up your teeth and tell you, you need all this other stuff that you most likely do not need.

Okay if I’m putting some effort into not only reviewing this business but also ADDING them to Unilocal!since they’re not already here then you know I’ve really got a statement to make. First off, I blame myself for even giving this place the benefit of the doubt. I should have just cut this place off when the dental receptionist or whoever she was asked ME to call my insurance and have them fax over my proof of benefits/​insurance to them. Uhh isn’t that YOUR job? So there I went, I actually called my insurance place and had them fax the paperwork. In addition to that I call the place to confirm my appointment (again, isn’t this THEIR job to do??) When I called and asked about my appointment I was then transfered to the office manager. Why? I’ve no freakin’ clue! She says «how can I help you?» I was a little irritated by this point and my response was «I don’t know, but why am I talking to you? Is there a problem?» She says no, long awkward pause… then it just goes downhill from there. She had no clue why they transfered me over to her and seemed lost herself! When I made this appointment, I made it CLEAR I was there for a check up and teeth cleaning. I got an exam but NO teeth cleaning! The dentist who worked there was NOT friendly! He tells me I needed 3 crowns and a root canal. I was just at the dentist 6 months previous and WOW I must have really done a number on my teeth during that time because my previous dentist (who I regretfully left) told me I just needed one crown, other than that all is well! The dental assistant/​manager or whoever she was comes back in and asks me «how much does your insurance cover? Do you have the booklet that shows you your benefits?» I was like WTF??? Isn’t it YOUR job to call and find all that info out? Long story short just say NO. I’ll go back to my old dentist. At least I know what I’m getting. This place wasn’t very professional and they didn’t make you feel confident at all with their practice.
