Dr. Anaya is the best therapist I have ever had (I’ve had 4). It’s true that you need to meet with a few to find one who will be a good fit for your needs. She is IT for me. She’s warm and compassionate. She had helped me through some very old issues. Most importantly, she doesn’t make me feel «crazy»!
While she specializes in children’s therapy, she does see adults.
Here office in Whittier is very comfortable and inviting. She’s on the second floor of a very picturesque courtyard along with a restaurant and salon on lower level. Parking is limited to the street and, if you can get away with it, the burger place parking lot on the corner of Penn and Greenleaf (which, sometimes, I have to do).
All in all a great experience. I will definitely continue my sessions with her.
