This office was not only unhelpful in answering questions that I had for my kids, it was cluttered and the staff unfriendly. On top of this, it has been a billing nightmare, with both the staff and the doctor himself being unwilling to listen and eager to interrupt me. I would never recommend this office.

I will not be back to this place. The «Dr» was not friendly at all. When I’d ask him questions he didn’t explain well. He told me I had an astigmatism, which I heard of but didn’t know what it was well I asked, he told me my pupils were not shaped normal they were like a football. I’ve been going to eye Drs every year for close to 20 years and have never been told this. He said I’d need a special lens that was more expensive. He seen that I was skeptical and said let me show you the difference in your eyesight well he did and or so he thought he did but I could not see any difference. Then said ok
well then I suppose you don’t need the special contacts we can stick to what you have been using, made me feel like it was all a gimmick.
He had also told me I should bring my kids in because a pediatrician will not be able to diagnose a more severe problem like his kids having tumors. I’m sorry but using scare tactics is not cool to bring in business.
He also asked if he could dilate my eyes I asked why and what it involved, he said I’ll show you a video. I mean why couldn’t he just tell me? Very strange.
Then when I was done with the appointment he told the receptionist that I was good to go. I didn’t have to pay for anything and was covered. The receptionist looked the paper work over and thought she’d ask the dr again to verify. Well the technician yelled at her saying «didn’t you just hear what the Dr said, she can go!» I mean very rude you do not treat staff like that or any human. That lady has issues. I felt so bad for the receptionist. She’s clearly being bullied by her.
