I worked at a Audi & Volkswagen dealer from 2001 to 2005 then after getting my smog license worked at gold shield smog shop Mon-​fri repairing failed cars and another shop on sat & sun, 7 days a week did that for a couple of years before we dictated to open our own business.

I’m ASE certified in Engine Repair, Steering and Suspension, Brakes, Electrical/​systems, Auto Heating & Air Conditioning, Engine Performance and advanced Engine Repair.

Fast and efficient! Smog check was complete in less than 10minutes. Friendly and helpful in completing dmv information of smog check test which dmv would receive that same day. I will return if needed. Bring your car registration if you don’t have the dmv paper request of the smog check.

Awesome! guys are super friendly and nice. I paid so much money at the DMV for my car. That the pervious own didn’t pay off a lot so in the end I got stuck with a bunch of fees. I’m also expecting my first child on the way and told him I’m trying to stretch my money, and he said his baby gift to me was to give me a discount for my smog check. Only charged me $ 30! Definitely coming back here. Also, he mentioned he was expecting his first child with his wife and, boy I have not seen a guy’s face light up so much! about being so excited to have his first child. It was super cute and touching. I wish him all the best of luck. I really recommend this place.

Came awhile back forgot to post but gotta say I’ve been to most smog shops and once you been to one you kinda know what to expect with service and effort kinda like taking your car for a Doctors appt. Wait wait wait and they always find something wrong and try to charge you more… like talk to my mechanic next door uh huh but NOT this place the 2 guys here rush to get you in and out asap even when their overloaded with cars and are as honest as could be… if they find an issue they show and explain and even let you know what it should run to fix… I definitely recommend this spot… you will be a lifetime customer and anyone you tell guaranteed already brought 3 cars back my moms dads and wifey. …thanks again oh and P. S. yes u gotta love the CAT

I went to A Number 1 Smog check station today and was very satisfied. It was very quick and the guy was very friendly. He has a cute cat there to keep you company as you wait for your test to be completed. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place.

I came here for my last smog test a couple of years ago because I had a coupon. So, I found another coupon in the local Pennysaver and drove on over to this place. The little kitten that was running around this place two years ago is all grown up and will keep you company while you wait for your vehicle to pass the test! Anyway, you couldn’t beat that $ 21 coupon because you are in and out of this place in no time. The guy who runs this place is super friendly and quite helpful. Make sure that you say hello to that big old cat that will sit on your lap while you car passes it’s smog test!
It’s right off of the 605 freeway so you can hop back on and head on back to wherever you reside!

Found a coupon for this place in the penny saver. $ 20 plus the price for the electronic transfer & certificate which came to a total of $ 32. He normally has a free retest in 30 days if the car doesnt pass but if you use the coupon it nulls the offer. Its a one man operation at this time so i would call ahead to make sure he is still there if you are going towards closing time. What can i say, it was a smog check and overall it was quick and painless. Guy was friendly and service was quick.
