So this is a DARLING little place. Hidden away and tucked in a little town called Whit-more, California. Melissa B. own’s the store with her husband Chuck. This store has«a little of everything». It’s an antique and second hand store that is packed with goods. The prices are really terrific– and Melissa is so charming and fun to chat with while you shop. They have lots of item’s ‘out back’ that are for the yard decorators too. I make a point to visit the Way Station every time I visit family in Whitmore. They have the Shabby-Sheak flair, and I always find those fun ‘knick knacks’ for my home and kitchen. Example: Awesome Vintage Bowling Pin, Books, and Vinyl RECORDS! The store and items are CLEAN and it’s an easy to spot kind of place —once you make it to Whitmore of course! Melissa and Chuck even have a quaint little cottage that they rent to folks that«need to get away from it all«. The cottage is super cute and decorated in a county style. I took a walk thru of it because I was interested and I would love love to spend a weekend there. My fiancé and I will most likely stay there next time we visit my parents! Well, that’s my 2 cents! Hope it’s helpful and that you stop by! It’s too cute to not share.
