Horrible, horrible service! I graduated a month and a half ago, and Call Photography was my school’s choice of memory catcher. I was told at Grad Fest that a week after graduation, sample of pictures will be sent to my email for selection. Two weeks after graduation, still hadn’t heard a word from them. I decided to contact them and the receptionist on the other side told me they sent out a notice and it might have went to my spam folder. That wasn’t true. I checked and nothing was ever sent. Anyways, she gave me the print number on my photos and directed me to the website to make a purchase if I desire. I did. I ordered my prints a month today, just called and asked about my order as I have not received my photos. I spoke with Nicole first, who told me they had damaged items that were sent back to their studio and that had to be reprinted. She checked to if my order was among the damaged goods, it wasn’t. She encouraged me to check with my apartment complex, because sometimes, the mailman leaves items there without notice for pick up to residents… Unheard of. I did and the complex had nothing… I called back and this time, I spoke with Andrea. Rude, rude, rude! She answered the phone in a hash manner, I explained why I called, and then she puts me on hold, checks to see if my order was sent or still in their studio. Thankfully, she found my prints in their studio. She said, ’ Oh, I just found your prints and we’ll be mailing them today. Very rudely too! I was upset, yet controlled myself as I am in customer service, too. I asked, ’ So, I couldn’t have gotten a curtsey called to inform me about the delay? I’d planned on moving to another state, but had to wait due to address changed.’ She answered, ’ Well, we’re mailing your order out today, and that’s all I can tell you.’ Ouch!!! Disturbing! I paid, waited a month and a half and spoke with rude and unmannered customer service reps. Stay away from Call Photography. Use your own cameras and catch the memories yourselves! Too unprofessional!!! Don’t waste your $ 100 bucks on this company.
