Serenity Massage and Bodywork

You can’t even find the door to the building which is a problem, since nobody answers the phone, even if you call to get help finding the place at the time of your appt. when someone should definitely be there. I’m trying a different place.
I never got why people start a business just to muck it up in such ridiculously obvious, foolish, and common sense actions. I hope they read the reviews and turn their business around, it’s a great opportunity.

I booked a massage with Dave to try and relieve some back tension that is in my back and triggers my migraines. When I got there I met Dave and he was very nice and polite. I filled out a little questionnaire to help him gauge what I was looking for and what would help me the most. He asked me some additional questions and we settled on what we both thought would work best for me for the massage and what areas to work on. He provided a very relaxed environment and did a very good job throughout the massage. I was extremely relaxed throughout the massage and felt very good after it also. He was able to work out a lot of tightness that I was experiencing previously. I would definitely recommend Serenity Massage and Bodyworks.
I will also mention that this is in a building that looks to rent out suites to various business’. The suite that Serenity is in is just a single room set up for the massage. It is very clean and inviting. I just thought that I would mention this as there is no waiting area or reception area.

My sister in law and I had an appointment to have a massage. We arrived and every door was locked on the building except for the one in the back next to the dumpster. We walked in and it was a very dark hallway we called out with no answer and proceeded to go into this creepy building. We finally found suite 106 in the dark hallway, and opened the door thinking it was a small office. WRONG it was 1 room set up for massages. The room smelled extremely musty and no one was to be found. I called Dave on the phone number listed on his site, and there was no answer so I left a voicemail. we decided the building was too creepy so we went and waited in my car. After 20 minutes we decided to leave. I don’t recommend booking a massage with Dave due his lack of professionalism not remembering he had 2 massages booked, and wasting our time. STILL waiting to hear back from him!
