Business owners are very rude… You build your customer count the same way you loose it 1 AT A TIME!!! Never been treated like that by someone. Its a recession and your calling your customers STUPID, I heard them over the phone while trying to reschedule an appointment, also asked why they should pay for gas and labor, even if it was my mistake, who says that!!!
