Established in 1957.
David L. Kachel, a Whitewater native, recognized the need for affordable off-campus housing options for UW-Whitewater students. The company began in 1957 and has continued to grow in its housing portfolio, offering a variety of housing options – from single bedroom apartments to multi-bedroom houses. In those years, D.L.K. Enterprises has been an unwavering supporter of UW-Whitewater and its athletic teams.
