Not his store per se. the entire chain went downhill. Go to any supermarket and you will find MUCH better donuts and bagels than here.

Terez K. is the BEST cashier and barista ever. My stupidity made me spill my coffee all over the counter. She was so calm and classy while cleaning my disaster. She didn’t want to charge me on the lost coffee –I paid, of course, and gave thanks for there are still good people out there, who won’t judge you if you accidentally mess up and will handle things with efficiency and prime service. Kindest Dunkin Donut employee in America ever.
