Delicious and healthy Bahn Mi sandwich, great slaw, salad and super yummy vanilla bean lemonade. Sandwich could’ve used more cilantro, but I can’t get enough of it.

Came here with high expectations because the menu items sounded interesting. Waited 30 minutes for two sandwiches. I got the veggie sandwich. It came on a gross waffle. I would not recommend this place.

A friend of mine and I met my wife here for lunch. I had the Hawaiian Po-​boy and it was off the charts delicious! The cooks are right there and very friendly and will answer any questions you might have and will offer suggestions upon request. I don’t normally give five stars on my first visit unless I’m totally blown away and we’ll I was totally blown away. I highly recommend and can’t wait to eat here again.

A must when you’re in Whitefish! Absolutely delicious food and solid menu selections! When I first saw this place on Unilocal I was immediately attracted to the menu and confused as to why there were so few reviews. My boyfriend and I are camping around Glacier and decided to spend one night in Whitefish. I originally wanted to come to Pig and Olive for dinner but since they close at 6, we didn’t want to be those late diners. Instead I saw that they open as early as 8 so we stopped in before we left town. Instantly we regretted not coming the previous night for take-​out to just have back to our hotel. We ended up having dinner at another top rated restaurant and realized that our $ 40 meal at Pig and Olive was a million times more enjoyable than the $ 100 we had the night before.
First of all its in this awesome co-​op market space with the cutest tea stand (Steeps) and the Polbridge Bakery, of the same as the Polbridge Mercantile. Lastly, everything on their menu looked amazing — if only we could have ordered it all. I decided to get the Hawaiian Po-​Boy with a side of fried potato salad, and my boyfriend had their sausage breakfast bowl and a cheesesteak to have later for lunch. Even cold, our leftover sandwiches were unbelievable.

This place has excellent food! The philly cheesesteak and cuban pork sandwiches were so good, and the side greek salad was so fresh.

A wonderful secret pleasure in Whitefish! I am gluten free and Chef Patrick never fails to amaze! My current favorite is the Cuban, it is not meant to be an Ybor City Cuban (for those of us from the Tampa Bay area) but it is its own style of amazing! The prices here are reasonable as everything is made fresh and local, there is even a board displaying where every local ingredient comes from.

This sandwich shop is adorable! It is right inside the stumptown marketplace so you can grab a quick bite while doing some shopping or visiting the whitefish area.
I have heard the breakfast is amazing although I have never had it. I have come here in the afternoon for sandwiches and absolutely loved it. They have a somewhat diverse menu and I have a friend that works here that has told me that they try not to run out of anything and if they do they let their customers know so it isn’t on the menu for the remainder of the day when they run out.
It is reassuring to know this because that means that they are really good about having their food fresh daily and not compromising on any detail. I could tell the food was fresh and really good quality when eating here but when I heard that it made so much more sense to me! It is a wonderful gem in whitefish and you must check it out.

Loved this place. The soup was good, though my daughter said it lacked flavor. She loved the Thai sandwich the best, and I enjoyed the other one I think it was a blt. The fried potato salad was good, definitely different and the cheese curds were greasy but good.

Thai steak sandwich a bit sweet & dry… but my friend’s Greek salad was v nice! Fried cheese curds were light and surly-​sauce too sweet. Fried potatoes salad interesting, Would try the opposing sandwich bistro next Zucca (share seating space @ location)

I really enjoy having lunch at the pig n olive. I ordered the Thai steak sandwich and was surprised that it tasted pretty darn good! The meat was marinated just perfect, nice and flavorful. I also ordered their soup of the day which was also very delicious. I was lucky that it was slow so the order came pretty quick. I will be back to try something different next time.

We are in town for a wedding. We came in the the Pig and Olive for lunch, what a great place. Highly recommended! Everything is great!

This place was so refreshing after two days of greasy-​spoon eating. The food was fast, fresh, unique, and delicious. The staff was sweet and helpful. I got the bahn mi salad which was filling, crisp, and flavorful. My husband got a thai steak sandwich with a side of fried potato salad; both were tasty. I’m a bread epicure, and his sandwich was on a delightful baguette. We left replenished and happy.

I can’t stop loving this place. The take on a bahn mi sandwich and fried potato salad is amazing. Flavorful, good ingredients. I could eat this every day.

This was a great find in Whitefish! This restaurant is tucked in the back of a mixed marketplace with little shops and a few other eateries. Everything we tried was flavorful and fresh. The service was good and they have a little patio area outback where you can eat. We had the Lamb meatloaf gyro with tatziki, cucumber and tomatoes on a flatbread. This is a tasty mess of a sandwich. The meatloaf was juicy and was a nice twist on the typical gyro. The sauce was a nice yogurt, cucumber flavor. For a couple bucks more you can get one of their sides with your sandwich. We had the fried cheese curds with a sweet chili dipping sauce. They were surprisingly light for being fried cheese and the chili sauce was a nice spicy sweet combination. We also had the Pork belly po boy with huckleberry corn slaw. I’m not a huge fan of pork belly but this was a pretty good spin. The pork belly was fried and chopped into manageable bit sized pieces. The huckleberry corn slaw was my favorite part of this sandwich. It added a lot of flavor to the pork. The star of our meal was the Summer melon salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and feta. This was a fresh mixed green salad topped with juicy cantaloupe and other veggies. The dressing was a light vinaigrette. This was a delicious, refreshing treat! We also got a corn dog for our little guy. Not as memorable as the rest of the meal, but it was okay. Seek out Pig and Olive for a great meal in Whitefish!

Looking for lunch in Whitefish and found this spot on Unilocal.Looked good so we gave it a try. Awesome menu with great sandwiches and salads. Some options were sold out leading me to believe they are a popular spot. Do yourself a favor and try the Fried Potato Salad, total game changer! The restaurant is located inside a larger building with some other food and craft stores so don’t give up if you can’t find it right off.

So good that even before we finished our meal, we went back to the counter to order another sandwich to go! This place would dominate if it had a truck in San Francisco (our hometown).

Awesome!!! Best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Period. I am going back to try them all. Had the Thai Steak sandwich and kale salad. Everything looks great. Can’t wait to go back (tomorrow).

I’m surprised more people have t Unilocaled this place. They have amazing food and really cool people.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. My wife & I live about 1 hour north & usually try and stop in for lunch when we are in town. I usually get the «Po Boy» with a side of fried potato salad (habit forming), but have tried several other sandwiches & have never been dissapointed.
I tried their breakfast last week, two eggs over fried potatoes with sausage gravy. What a treat! They make their gravy for each order, with lots of sausage in the mix.
The owners are friendly & service is fast.
