I was a vape-​virgin before walking in. I bought a ‘starter-​kit’ online and really had no clue. The staff was great. Jay (I think) walked me through setting it up, and do’s and don’ts for beginners. He took the time, no rush and didn’t make me feel stupid (although I did once I realized how easy everything was.) Suggested a great flavor ‘juice’ which I purchased at a good rate, although I would have paid double for the customer service alone. Needless to say I won’t be going anywhere else.

Best shop in the area. Great selection, great prices, great music, and friendly employees. No elitism here. Go get yer vape on. #vapelyfe

Went in Tuesday after 12 years of smoking a pack a day. I have been hesitant to pull the trigger on a vape kit, but Jeff put me at ease setting up an IPV D2 with an Aspire sub ohm tank. Haven’t picked up a cigarette since. Went back today to mix up a few new juices, and thoroughly enjoyed chilling out at the juice bar trying out everything under the sun at my leisure. Really happy making the switch to the vape life. Looking forward to the Grand Opening of their new Yonkers shop a little closer to me in the coming weeks.

The best place for all your vapor needs! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, some are mixers who will concoct any mixture of flavors your heart desires, and if you don’t have the time for that, they have plenty of flavors for you to try before you buy. Awesome place!

Today I visited my vape shop as normal but something was different today my associate was Jeff and Jeff showed me my new favorite vape juice but there was something else about this representative that really stood out then the rest he showed me things about my machine he showed me things about the juice that no one has ever told me before this made a difference he must be a manager because he was so knowledgeable and now I enjoy my Provari more than ever along with my new favorite juice. Definitely visit the White Plains vape shop and ask for Jeff you will be more than satisfied.

I’m here a couple times a month, the guys working there are very chill. John (I believe is his name, maybe josh) was very friendly and helpful since day one. I bought a vape here that broke about a month and a half later. At first they told me they only offer a 7 day warranty and that I would need to go through the manufacturer. I tried getting in touch with the manufacturer and they did not answer me within a week so I went back to WP vapes and explained, stating that I love coming here but I can’t continue to keep buying things from WP if they are going to sell me things that break within a couple months. The workers were very understanding and ended up replacing the broken part and even threw In a bottle of juice for my troubles. Wide selection of flavor and nic levels. Although expensive, worth every penny! Highly recommend.

This place is great, was visiting from out of town and was pleasantly greeted and treated well during the tasting session. Great selection of gear and juice, can’t go wrong here. A++++

My experience at White Palins Vapors was just «ok». When my wife and I first walked in we were literally bombarded by clouds of vapor, I was expecting some but not to the point where my eyes started stinging. Investing in a ventilation system would be a good idea for them. The clerks were helpful and knowledgeable, although they seemed to care more for blowing billows of smoke pretty much in our faces more than answering questions.
The flavors we tested weren’t very flavorful at all, some literally tasted like burnt cotton… maybe their testing coils were no good? From what I have seen and the other 2 vape stores I’ve been to, along with looking at multiple online sites I will say that WPV’s prices are outrageously expensive.
For now, I’ll stick to smokers cellar in Yonkers.

Went in for the first time on Monday to get new parts for a mod that my dad had given me to start off with since I wanted to ease up on the hookah. Walked in not knowing what the hell I needed or what exactly was good. Jeff set me up with a simple vape kit (eGo one mini in white) and patiently let me try different flavors.
For my first time going in a vape shop, filled with all guys, and zero knowledge about the vaping world, I totally felt welcomed and will definitely be returning. Great flavors, amazing customer service, and a clean environment. Love this place!!!

A nice vape shop. I bought my very first vape pen here just about a year ago. I was pretty new to vaping and didn’t know much and the guy there was very helpful and kind. He had no problem talking through things with me and explaining different tanks, juices, etc. I tasted a lot of flavors — they have a nice selection. The only reason I haven’t been back is because I learned that I could get supplies much cheaper online. However, if you are someone who likes the vape store experience, and I know many people who do, then this is a great spot. They’re not any more expensive than other vape stores I’ve been too and the staff are generally nicer here than other places.

Went again today and Jeff was super helpful and patient. He didn’t push anything on me, and actually steered me towards a tank that was the LESS EXPENSIVE option because it was better for my needs. 5’stars again, guys! You’re the best!!!

For al you smokers out there vaping can be the ke to stopping. I smoked 2 to 3 packs a day for several years and without vaping I would still be smoking them Marlboro red cancer sticks. White Plains vapor s probably one of the mot upscale vape shops in the metro area that I have been to. They have comfortable seating and a huge selection of vaporizers and flavored tobacco and non tobacco products.
If they had a stock I would invest in them.

Great selection of juices and excellent customer service. Doug was really helpful and spent a good 15mins with me and my buddy recommending different flavors and answering questions.

Nice place, decent selection of juices. Juice Prices reasonable. Equipment prices a bit high but great spot for juice.

I was a pack a day smoker for over 15 years. I finally got the willpower to try and stop and try vaping.
I really didn’t know much about vaping, but it was working for my friends.
I did some research online and sure there are plenty of vape shops that sell stuff.
But… White Plains Vape Shop is so much more. Since I was just starting, I wanted to go somewhere that would help me with what I needed to stop smoking and not just try and sell me something I wouldn’t need. and I am so glad I found this shop.
All employees AND customers in the store are all super helpful and don’t just try and sell you stuff. They want you to succeed in quitting and stay off cigarettes.
I’m now 3 months cigarette free and love vaping. It’s become a hobby and anyone I talk to is like a vape family, always helping with questions or suggestions.
This is my go to shop.

Not only does this place have a very nice inventory to pick from, but they stand behind what is sold. Owner is top notch and I enjoy that each time I walk in, you’re in a clean comfortable and relaxed environment. Nothing ghetto, nothing dirty.
Its a good place to visit, close to work and right on Mamaroneck Avenue.
But after reading and seeing the post from 3/22/14.about prices. One could go elsewhere. one can buy online too. It’s your paycheck, but I’d rather support a local business thats about taking care of their clients.-.The owner did just that, not only responsive to my issue but also doing right thing by me. Thats called respect. So for that alone, not only have they gained a customer, but a refering client.
.I’ve looked at some other local places. (nothing except cheap stuff direct from china, its called look at the brand, take your cell phone. look up the company and read.)
So far, any of the stores I’ve been to before and after .just checking out what else might be locally around. that happen to be selling vape juice have been more than happy in selling poor tasting, cruddy inventory. Happened to me, and I’m sorry I didn’t go here first. Meaning; Quitting smoking .I’m almost off …2 months.
It’s a nice selection. Can’t go wrong with the options other than. try a different one until you find the one you enjoy & Continue to quit. Depending on your budget, you can find a well rounded decent vaporizer, or you can go all out. Learn learn and re-​learn.
The staff is well educated, friendly and have taken the time in suggesting flavors based on preferences. They allow a various exploration of their inventory. I like that there are many choices on offer. Different companys are offered and thats a huge plus in my boo.
I learned the hard way with one of the more popular mass manufactured vape juice. not only does it taste. blech…after getting into the inventory on offer over here. yeah I’ll pay the few dollars extra not to have to go back to poorly made juice direct from China.
Just started on Space Jam’s Andromeda yesterday. Enjoying it very much.

Great B&M, really nice guys, knowledgable and not trying to «sell you» on anything. It’s cool that they just rap with you and whatever you’re interested in you can get, no big deal. I see some comments about the pricing, not only is their pricing decent but you have I take into account the location. YOU are a customer paying for a really good location right on mamaroneck ave. The rent is extremely high in that area trust me I know I live here. In order for you to have a great little location that suits all your needs, weather it be education, first time vapers, and right in the heart of the city they have to make some kind of profit. But it’s reasonable. I’m just happy there’s a shot down the street and I don’t have to drive too far or into a sketch area to grab some goodies.
I say keep up the good work.

I quit smoking cigarettes thanks to this place so I owe them this review. It’s a prime location with tons of flavors and a cool vibe. They are a little expensive but worth every penny as they teach you how to use everything you buy. You get what you pay for.
