This place is hit or miss. It’s not consistently good. It all depends on the wait staff. I want to give it a good review but they need better management here desperately. You should not be a server if you can’t serve! How hard is it to fill up a glass of water and take an order? You work on tips!!! Get your shit together. It’s not fine dining by any means. They don’t know how to take care of their customers.

Great location, great service, food is prompt and great. Every time I come there’s a smile at the door, a greeting at the bar, and I’m never dissapointed at my meal. The steak is cooked right, the sides and shrimp are good too.

Went to eat here on Thursday 1−7−16 with my parents and 2 ½ year old niece. I never hav a problem when i come here. Waiters are always very friendly. This time we went the hostess sat us at a booth right next to the bar. Not a smart idea. We let that slide. Food took took about an hour to come. I then ordered french fries. When those came they weren’t even hot… nor warm for that matter. I was disappointed for the first time by this Fridays.

Went there tonight got there and sat down at 8pm as of 8:10 the bartender didn’t acknowledge us say I will be right with you here’s a menu or anything. I decided to call the restaurant and ask to speak to manager the person who answered«Dominique» said she was I explained to her the problem she said she would send another manager. she sent a server who with an attitude told the bartender that someone is complaining about not being served«because she didn’t know I was sitting right there«so bartender says yea ok and continues on without saying a word still sat there for another 8 min and left… I will say the place is understaffed which is management’s fault. as I sat there I realized half the bar hadn’t been served ppl who were there before me were just giving menus as I left they were clearly mad but they stayed I just drove to Scarsdale edit****** called corporate and made a complaint… i found this to be the best way to deal with situations where you are @ someones mercy… the manager of the location the«real manager» contacted me within 2 days and apologized and said they knew who Dominque was and would speak to her and she gave me 40 $ in credit to use @ restaurant which i went back and it wasn’t understaffed and the food was good and my drink i sat at the bar again and my bartender was helpful and responded right away i can’t give them 4 stars but i had them @ one i will upgrade them to 3… even though i would like to go back a third time before i do that i am going to give them benefit of doubt and say it was isolated incident

I came on wednesday night, hungry. They had a sweet drink special, 3 $ martinis, which are my favorite. One pink punk tini down and 40 minutes later i still had not got the food I ordered. 45 min later when the food came with the waitress apologizing profusely, there was hair in it. I sent back the plate, examibed my side order of ribs and tore into it seeing I was starving by this time. I can’t really say if the ribs were as good as they tatsed because I had the special seasoning of starvation in my mouth, but I ate it. The manager came out blah blah blah, and they got me a fresh plate of the bourbon barrel mahi mahi, which was hair free and pretty good. Honestly, if it hadnt been my only option to eat at 11pm i wouldve left. Maybe just drinks next time… so the bill came and the whole meal except drinks were comp’d. im not mad, they did the right thing :-).

Sebastian, Melissa, Kelvin and Chris they always make my visits to Friday’s great. I love the appetizers as you can see on my pictures and the desserts stop it! This is when you brake the rules. Sometimes they get busy and service slows down, but for those that know me and you know I love food and a A+ restaurant. It’s all about how you make it up to the guest. I give them A+ For those that had give them bad scores listen, anything can happen in this business. In the servicing industry the quality of your business is measure by how they recuperate from a mistake or service issue. By doing so you get loyal clients that will continue to come back just like me.

Very disappointed. We came on a Friday evening. The place was not packed, yet there was a wait for a table. We noticed many empty tables, and were perplexed as to why there was a wait. 10 minutes later we got seated. We inquired as to why there was a wait when there were obviously so many empty tables. The hostess told us that they were very busy and that the tables were probably dirty and they didn’t want to sit anybody down at them. The tables were clean and set for new patrons, so we don’t know what she was talking about. A few minutes later a waitress came over to take our orders. She was slow and unsure as we were giving her our dish preferences, but seemed to get it. We told her that we were really hungry and asked if we could get a couple of breadsticks. My friend has a medical issue and needed something to put in her stomach. The waitress said no problem. We waited a fair amount of time for our drinks in the breadsticks, but they finally did come. My friends iced tea had maybe three ice cubes in it, so she asked for a cup of ice. The waitress was accommodating and got her one. It took a very long time for our appetizer to come. We ordered the calamari fries. They were overcooked and Chewy, but we ate them, and did not say anything about it. And then took another 20 minutes for our entrées to come. My friend had ordered a side of coleslaw, and it did not come with her food. She didn’t even think twice about it at first. When we were almost done with our entrées, somebody other than our server brought over the coleslaw and a plate with two breadsticks on it. My friend told her that she was almost done with her meal and really did not want the coleslaw at this point, and that it should have come with her meal. The woman then went on to tell us how busy it was there, and that she was very sorry. Again, it was not very busy. We were even commenting on how little amount of people they were for Friday night. A couple of minutes later, I will waitress comes flying over and asks us if we complained that we didn’t get our breadsticks. We said no, and went over the entire conversation that we had with the other woman with her. We were appalled that we were confronted by this woman, for absolutely no reason. She then went on to tell us how busy they were. We finally came to the conclusion that it wasn’t so much that they were so busy, but that they must’ve been understaffed. We were extremely disappointed with the service, and the fact that everybody kept almost whining to us about how busy it was, when it obviously was not. It was not an enjoyable dining experience for me and my friend. And that is a real shame, because we will probably never go back there again. The food was alright — not the greatest, not the worst. But definitely not e caption all enough to bring us back there.

Terrible service, tables around us were dirty and not cleaned, long wait for others at the door. Food was alright… our cocktails were watered down and some of the items never reached our table. I wish I could blame it on them being busy… but they were not. I have been to other«Friday’s» around the country and they were decent… management better step up on this or may find themselves closed very soon.

I really don’t want to give this place one star because I don’t think it was a horrible experience, but I have to say this place needs improvement. I sat at the bar and just placing an order was something of a challenge, there was about a 15 to 20 minute wait between getting my drink and then placing my order, then it was about 30 minutes until my food came out, meanwhile people around me were being served no problem. The bartender told me there was a «computer issue» in the back, yeah funny how it somehow magically only effected my order and not anybody else, what are the odds? And the sirloin wasn’t all that great, a little too rough and not much flavor.

Horrible! Sat for 10 minutes with no contact. We were ignored by several staff members, and then offered someone else’s food. Never again!

I went when it first opened. I was actually impressed by the nice atmosphere, but the service was odd. We got served the wrong appetizers, and too many of them kept interrupting us. My food had a weird smokey taste, and the honey bbq nuggets were absolutely disgusting. I felt embarrassed, we ate 2 and left the rest. Over all, don’t go here expecting a great time

This has to be the worst TGI Fridays in the world. I sat at the bar for over 22 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. The bartenders waited on the patrons next to me four times before finally even making eye contact. I finally made a disgruntled sigh and she came over. It was like I bothered her or something… But I don’t fell bad, because the waitresses were getting the same damn bad attitude with the bartenders. If she complained once about her JOB, management or coworkers, she complained at least a dozen times. Why can’t people just do their damn JOBS? #TGI Friday’s sucks, #TGI Friday’s last time I give them my business, #TGI Friday’s get you shit together… I usually frequent this place a dozen time a month with co workers… #finding a new place other than TGI Friday’s Rant over!!!

Kind of a mess. We should have realized right at the beginning, when requesting a table for four and being put down for a table for two(and waiting 15 minutes for a table that had been open since we walked in) that they were not-all-there. Still, we dined. I counted three discontinuities between the order we placed and the food we got. Which surprised me, considering their tablet ordering system, which our(very friendly, actually) waitress kept waxing on about. Almost NO vegetarian options, which, expected, but always a disappointment. The food itself very underwhelming. Really the only saving grace was the service which was exceptionally friendly, despite their general disorganization.

Food was awesome. The orders were served quickly considering that I was going to the movies after with my date. From the grill menu choices, I ordered the rib eye steak that came with two sides of mashed potatoes and greens. The steak was great and I enjoyed it. My date didn’t have any complaints neither so i’m sure she loved it. It was my first time there and I was given excellent service. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family. The prices here are fair but the parking for this location is kind of complicated.

On a Wednesday evening my boyfriend and I were seated immediately by friendly staff. We ordered 2 apps– Ahi Tuna Crisps and Warm Soft Pretzels with Beer Cheese. The Pretzels were perfectly salty, warm and soft. My vegetarian bf was skeptical about the cheese dip– we ordered it without the bacon garnish, but we tasted bacon bits in the dip. I got the Ahi Tuna crisps– I wasn’t a fan. The presentation was messy and the jalapenos combined with the other dressings were much too spicy for my taste. I removed the remaining jalapenos after the first bite. Here’s my biggest issue– the ahi tuna was cold, hard, and FROZEN. Questionably the worst ahi tuna I’ve ever had. I will not order this again. We both enjoyed the fries included with our main dishes The seasoning was well-balanced and savory on the hot, fresh fries. My bf was satisfied with the black bean burger he ordered. I ordered the fried shrimp entrée and I liked that it came with lots of decently-sized, crispy shrimp with tails still attached. I didn’t eat the provided cocktail sauce– I opted for ketchup instead, but my mouth felt unpleasantly salty and sugary after I finished the majority of the shrimp. I rate this place 2 stars, but 1 extra star for the friendly and quick service.

So for $ 12.00 all you can eat apps & $ 3.00 Margs/Martinis I can’t complain. But the service there is consistently terrible and my main reason for not returning(though to be frank, this is not even my type of place to begin with). First of all, the first time I went there, the server tried telling me that the house vodka was grey goose… Yea hoooookay — he must of missed bar training. We didn’t even get water to start with and our server was walking around with his little iPad as if that was going to magically iGenerate food for us. It’s such a shame. The place is so big and has great potential, but the service and their lack of knowledge when it comes to serving customers in general is disappointing. I have worked in plenty of restaurants so I get how hard it can be to try and give your undivided attention to a table, but he had no excuse. And to be honest, if he couldn’t handle the section, why the hell do they have three hostess up there, they should have the hostesses helping out whether its cleaning up a table or refilling water glasses, so the server can serve. The phone was not ringing, nor was the place very crowded. The failure to deliver mediocre service at the very least is inexcusable. Bottom line: Don’t recommend this place for happy hour — nor in general. They used to do the $ 12.00 all you can eat app’s which was a great deal for the price, but they no longer do that :(And the drinks — be careful — you order wine, they give you a small glass, and when you get a mixed drink — booyyyy do they like their ice because the drink is 70% ice. Personally, I like a heavy hand, and even if you don’t have a heavy hand, calm down on the ice… I know its getting warm out, but it’s not that warm just yet.

Since this Friday’s just recently opened, some parts of the experience can be written off as «working out the kinks.» And some can’t. We went with friends to celebrate a child’s birthday dinner, checking in advance to give a heads up for avail of seating and also notifying hosts of a young birthday guest where we were assured that yes, we could be afforded the traditional slice of cake and candle(and maybe a song) after our meal. You know, as done at pretty much every restaurant in the world. Well, aside from being brought the wrong appetizer(forgivable) and the delay in bringing out the correct order –or the wet drink tray that was left on one of the empty seats of our table– the food was as decent as could be expected from a national franchise. The shocker was at dessert time. When we reminded the waitress of the need for a special dessert for young birthday, i.e. some cake and a candle, the response was that they didn’t have any such thing. What? No cake? Upon speaking to a manager, the response was that it was *corporate policy not to have cake and a candle* for a birthday dessert!!! So, our child who was anxious for some celebration from the new«fun» restaurant in town, was met with a song sung to a candle-less bowl of chocolate pudding, with some singing staff that seemed clearly forced by management. Though they comped desserts for us, it’s unbelievable that a national chain branded on «good times» does not condone a special birthday treat, much less for a kid. Note to TGIFs: if you are going to open up a White Plains store in the same property as Toys R Us, Target, and a movie theater, you had better become kid-friendly. Quickly. I guess this restaurant is only good for Fridays. Unless your Birthday falls on one.
