Tannen’s Talent & Modeling Agency

Sent a picture of my daughter to this agency. Got a phone call back less than an hour later. Set up to meet with Lynne the owner. She enthusiastically requested to represent my daughter. We were told that she was unique and exactly what they were looking for. We signed a contract. We got a couple of auditions. Then were asked to sign up for the classes they offered out of the agency. We couldn’t afford the classes. Then the auditions stopped without explanation. Months without a word, I contacted the agency and we were told our daughter was not mature enough for the business.
I went out on my own and got her more auditions and bookings and even got her on TV. Tannen’s didn’t do anything that I couldn’t do myself. Very disappointed that what we were promised was not even close to what we received especially when they realized that we weren’t going to spend any money on their classes.
All Tannen’s Talent succeeded in doing was destroying my daughter’s self esteem.
Clearly, I would not recommend this agency.
