I moved into my two bedroom unit in October. The best example of the service RPM provides, and Dan specifically happened this past weekend.
Winter storm Jonas hit us hard on Saturday, and our heating unit was having issues functioning. I emailed Dan at around 10am citing the problems, while realistically not expecting anything happening to fix it with the weather situation pretty bad. He responded within 30 minutes and somehow had a technician at our house within another hour who fixed the problem with our boiler.
Pretty impressive that on a weekend, and during a pretty ridiculous winter storm we still got this kind of service. Can’t speak highly enough of RPM.

My brother and I started working with Dan at RPM Westchester last month after taking over our family home after our father passed away. One of the apartments needed some repair work and cleaning, and Dan took care of the issues promptly. He was also able to get a tenant in quickly and took care of all the paperwork.
We are in the process of getting our other apartment rented out and Dan is assisting us in getting that one prepared as well. The apartment should be occupied by the end of the month.
Dan has been extremely helpful with the process and communicates with me on a regular basis. I appreciate his professionalism and would recommend him to any property owners.

I have worked with Dan and RPM Westchester for approximately 2 years. They call upon us to clean the carpets in property that has been vacated. This ensures the new tenant will have a healthy home to rent or lease. Dan has always been straight forward and professional. He is the type of guy that will handle your property as if it were his. This property management is the worst of all the businesses in this region. I have remained a loyal tenant –never late on rents and have made numerous referrals. However when it came to the end of my lease and the final inspection was done they made up some ridiculous nonsensical «damages» and pretty much swallowed all my deposit of $ 3000. I’m extremely disappointed at their lack of professionalism and will do everything in my power to ensure that other future tenants around the Westchester county do not have a disastrous experience as mine by doing business with Dan from RPM.
