Assisting sellers who are Moving Up from one home to another. This could be within the same neighborhood or town or across country. As Move Up buyers there are many more things to think about then when you were buying your first home. Should I sell first, or buy first? Will I have to move twice? Can I go into a temporary rental? What if I buy a home to be constructed? What about the kids school? All of these and many more have to be considered and each client will have different situations and will all have different answers to these questions.

History

Established in 1989.

I graduated from collage in 1972 and worked for Marriott Corporation and Gaint Food in management positions and always dealt directly with comsumers. I was always interested in Real Estate and have been liscensed since the late 70’s. In 1989 I decided to begin my Full Time Real Estate Career and have never looked back so to speak. I found my true calling and a way to really be able to help my clients through a very exciting but also stressful time in their lives. An extra bonus along the way is that I have made great lasting friendships with many of my clients!
