the guys were good on the phone — and did good work for me. it was pricey. 125 labor for a little over an hour. but, i would go back to them in a second. my car, an IQ, is a difficult car to put the yakima rack on, but they did it really well.

They are very professional and knowledgeable!
I’ve had BMW X3 vehicles outfitted, one with a trailer hitch + bike rack and roof rack cross bars and had them install a roof box.
The other BMW X3 was outfitted with roof rack cross bars to accomodate my roof box.
They provide a very useful service and for those who know their way around a tool box, R&G will gladly sell you all of the parts and fit kits that you would need to DYI the job along with any technical guidance that you may need to get the job done right!

Recently visited Rack & Go to have a rack installed on my Audi. Great people and very professional. Having people who actually know what they’re talking about is hard to find now a days. They were able to explain all my options and even install the rack! I’ve had my rack for a month now and I am very satisfied! I would highly recommend Rack & Go!
